Bahama Bay is a 5* Resort set in 70 acres on the shores of Lake Davenport in Central Florida. About 45 minutes from Orlando airport, it is easy to reach and offers a beautiful setting for a fun family holiday, either enjoying the tranquility of the resort or the excitement of the nearby Disney theme parks.
The spacious air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8, with 2 bathrooms. The 2 balconies overlook one of the resorts 4 heated pools. The fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and dryer make self-catering easy.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Bahama Bay Resort is found near the end of Florence Villa Grove Road, which is just off the US 27 going south from the intersection with the US 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy).
Disney's main theme parks are 4 to 6 miles away to the north and easily accessible via US 192. Downtown Orlando and Orlando airport about 45 minutes drive.
The Gulf beaches are about120 km to the west, whilst the Kennedy Space Centre is a similar distance to the east at Cape Canaveral.

The Resort is open 365 days of the year. Changeover day is flexible. Minimum stay 4 days, except Xmas/New Year when it is 1 week. Check-in is at 4pm on day of arrival, check-out at 10am
Cleaning - the apartment is cleaned thoroughly by the management company at the end of each stay, for which a charge of $73 (includes local tax) will be payable on arrival at the resort.
A credit card imprint will be taken at check-in at the Resort of $200 against damages. The credit card holder must be the primary guest booking the rental and be a minimum of 21 years old.
Conditions
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full settlement of the balance must be received by the owners 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments in GB £ or US $ are acceptable, by cheque or preferably bank transfer to a UK or US bank.

Guestbook for Bahama Bay Resort & Spa
Dear David, Just to let you know Bahama Bay is as lovely as always. The apartment was in good order and we left it as you would hope to find it. The travel cot and high chair were very useful thank you.
We had a wonderful stay, left a day early to drive to Hilton Head. We had to drag ourselves away from the area, especially Disney.
I will contact you again to rent the apartment, assuming you are still letting in the future as my husband and I will definitely return again next year.

Hi David, Just to say we are now back from our holiday in Florida and we very much enjoyed staying in your lovely apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped plus was in a great location for Disney. The washing machine came in particularly handy! We didn't have any problems whilst we were there and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hi David,
Just arrived back from our stay at your condo, as requested here are our comments.
Condo was perfect for our needs, it was clean and well prepared for our arrival. We had to call out maintenance on 2 occasions to deal with the water and the television. Both incidents were dealt with promptly. The staff at the resort were nothing but helpful at all times and the resort itself is beautiful.
We have all had a fabulous holiday.
We shall have no hesitation in recommending you and your condo to friends.
