About the home

Our Villa is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community, within a short walk of the 18 hole golf course.

The property has 1 master bed with queen bed and en suite bathroom, 2 twin rooms and a further queen bedroom on 2nd floor, large private heated swimming pool and a games room with pool table, air hockey and dartboard.

In the lounge there is a 42" LCD television with full HD cable facilities, there is also a Playstation 3 for the children to enjoy. High speed Internet and free local and international calls are available for your convenience. In fact everything you could need.

Outside next to the well screened private pool there are ample sunloungers and a large table and chairs for you to sit whilst you enjoy your bbq in the Florida sunshine. If you love golf then you will love our home, the Par 72 - 6,700 yd Championship Golf Course designed by Michael Dasher is only a short stroll away.

We have two bathrooms 1 which is attached to the master bedroom on the ground floor and 1 family bathroom on the first floor, we also have a half bathroom which contains a wc and washbasin and this is located on on the ground floor.
Cable TV in all rooms. High speed Wireless Broadband Internet. Telephone with free local and international calling.
Games room with air hockey, Pool table and dartboard.
Very private pool area with hedges to both sides and to rear of pool enclosure
Large charcoal BBQ (free), if you require a gas bbq this will be hired in at extra charge

Golf can be arranged at Highland Reserve Golf course which is a short stroll from the property. Tennis is also available nearby.

Highland Reserve is a very quiet and beautifully maintained development.

Berry town centre complex is close by with a Publix supermarket, Applebees Restaurant and several take away's, a bank and a doctor's surgery. Disney world and all other attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Conditions

Prices are Fully Inclusive of all Florida taxes, cleaning charges . A deposit of £150 per week is required to secure a booking.

A fully refundable security/breakages deposit of £100 will be required on payment of balance due, to be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and checks on utility bills).

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Disney World is just 10- 15 mins away and is one of the main reasons people come to Florida each year. As well as this SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just 20 minutes away.

There are several water parks the newest of these is Aquatica which is fabulous. Further afield, the Kennedy Space Centre and the beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburgh are just about an hour's drive away.

Florida has a temperate climate with warm temperatures all year round.

The Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area

Highland Reserve is a beautifully maintained estate with its own Golf course. Within 3 minutes by car you have a Publix supermarket as well as lots of other shops and places to eat. As well as all the usual places there are other activities such as Boggy Creek air boat ride, which is great fun, further afield you have Kennedy spacecentre which is a must see, and the wildlife and scenery are fabulous.

If shopping is your favourite there are some great Shopping Malls where you can shop till you drop such as Orlando Premier Outlet and Florida Mall. There are loads of good eating places such as Outback and Red Lobster.

“Fantasmic holiday” This holiday villa was simply fantastic. We went for the first time to the USA. Me, my girlfriend, my brother and another friend stayed for two weeks in the villa using it as our base for our two weeks theme park holiday. Everything was perfectly arranged. We layed contact through email and after paying the rental got all info that was needed. Upon arrival the villa provided to be everyhing we expected from it. A lot of space, kitchen full equiped (great toaster by the way), very big tv and off course an amazing swimming pool. As there is a publix very near and a wallmart just a bit further, we were well provisioned. Riding to the theme parks and the outlets mostly took us about half an hour. If I have to mention one small remark, it is the bit of noise of the pool pump which starts at 7 am and is located just behind the bedroom below. This waked us up sometimes, but as we always went early to the parks, it wasn't a concern. All in all the perfect holiday home.

“Great home in one of the best subdivisions” The home is clean, spacious and well maintained by the management company who are located on the same subdivision. The booking process was good and the owners friendly to deal with. Pool heat included in the price is a nice touch as was the provision of a gas BBQ and the games room came in handy for evening entertainment. Rental charges are competitive and, all in all, the home is thoroughly recommended.

Just wanted to thank you for prompt return of the security check and to say that we had a fabulous time staying in your villa, its just a shame that we couldn't have stayed longer as we would have like to have spent more time at the villa , but were too busy trying to fit everything in. It is rare indeed to find a villa that has been managed to such a high standard in serviceability and cleanliness. Jeanette and I are already planning for next year so hopefully we will be in touch.

My family and I wanted to have a holiday of a lifetime for our kids as it was their first time to the US and Disney. So it was so important to have a place to come home to each night that not only was comfortable, spacious and relaxing but was simply a home away from home. To say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were chuffed with our choice of rental home is an understatement. When we arrived, the house was spotlessly clean and we just gave it the big wow factor look. The kids loved the games room and pool, while my wife loved the fact that we had a full kitchen and washing and drying facilities. And when you throw in the fact there was wi-fi, free telephone calls and a PSP3, it just made our holiday complete. Compliments to Christine at the management company who helped us out with initial phone and internet problems and also a big thank you to the owners. I am very fussy when looking for a rental home and you always have concerns until you finally arrive at your destination, well you can rest assured here, if you choose this house you will not be dissappointed. I hope you have as much fun as we did.
