As well as being only twenty minutes from Disney World, the house is only one hour's drive away from Cocoa Beach (near NASA, Cape Canaveral) on Florida's east coast and an hour and a quarter's drive to Clearwater on Florida's west coast.
If you want to stay close to home, the Manors at Westridge Club House is very close to the house. It has a community pool, new fitness room, lounge with TVs and kitchen, reading room, pool table and free Wi-Fi internet. Also, there are many golf courses nearby.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
In addition to Disney World, other places of interest to visit that are close to the house are Sea World and Universal Studios. For shopping, Florida Mall and Orlando Premium Outlets are within easy reach. There are many golf courses close by. Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the east coast of Florida, are about one hour's drive away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater with lovely beaches on the west coast of Florida, are about one and a quarter hours drive away.
Davenport / The Manors North at Westridge area
The Manors at Westridge Club house, which is very close to the house has a community pool, new fitness room, lounge with TV's and kitchen, reading room, pool table,and free WI-FI internet.
The proximity of the different attraction parks make this an ideal property to spend a great family holiday. The access to the different parks is very accessible.
