The villa is located in Davenport on a quiet development, surrounded by trees, only 10 mins from Disney World. It has 2 master bedrooms with en suite and 2 twin bedrooms, making it ideal for 2 families. It has a large pool and spa set in a extended, screened deck area, giving a lot more space around the pool than many other homes. There is woodland to the side and rear giving lots of privacy. Games Room with 8ft pool table, foosball, air hockey and alectronic darts.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida, the sunshine state with beautiful sandy beaches aswell as all the entertainment in Orlando. Our house is set in a conservation area,close to Champions Gate, where you will find golf courses, shops and restaurants. It is close to Disney World yet still being a quiet retreat from all the crowds.
Davenport / Sandy Ridge area
Sandy Ridge is a quiet peaceful community surrounded by conservation land. It is only 10 minutes from Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. The Intetstate hoighway, I-4 is only 1 mile from here giving quick and easy access to all the other attractions in the central Florida area ie; Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf Coast. Within 5 minutes drive you will find golf, a supermarket, restaurants, bank, petrol station and a pharmacy. A little further will take you to shopping outlets and many more restaurants and other activities.

Further details indoors: There are 4 bedrooms 1 kingsize with en suite, 1 queensize with en suite and 2 twin rooms with a 3rd bathroom.There is a very well equipped kitchen and separate laundry room, with washer, drier and ironing facilities.The kitchen opens onto a family room where there is a nook area, ideal for breakfast. It also has cable TV and DVD player and comfy suite. Patio doors lead from here onto the deck and pool area. There is a further lounge with formal dining area. The sofa opens out into a double bed if required. All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels. The villa is cleaned by our management company before and after your stay. From May 2007 Games Room with Foosball, Pool, Air Hockey and Electronic Darts Gas Barbecue Cot and highchair provided.
Further details outdoors: The heated pool is 30' x 15' complete with a large spa. Both are situated in a fully screened deck area. There are wooded conservation views to the rear and side making this a private area to relax in after a busy day at the parks. This area is in sun from early morning through to sunset. The deck has been extended with plenty of patio furniture and there is also a covered lanai providing a shaded area for those really hot Florida summer days. The lanai is ideally placed to give complete privacy and to catch the last rays in the evening making it a great place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set behind the trees. Or you can relax in the spa after a busy day and watch the dragonflies outside the screen.
Further details
The swimming pool has a removable barrier to prevent small children gaining access unsupervised. There is also a selection of pool toys provided. There is a landscaped area just across the road from the house with a newly built, small play area for young children.

Guestbook for Woodlands Disney Villa
We just returned from having a wonderful time at your beautiful home. The furnishings and rooms were great. The best features were the pool and jacuzzi .
The villa was absolutely fantastic and I have to say that the pictures on the website can hardly compare with the real thing! My wife and I had a great week in Florida and enjoyed staying at the Woodlands villa. We will definitely recommend it to anyone planning on going to Orlando.
