Our Luxury Villa has four bedrooms and three baths, Two Master suits both with en-suites baths also two twin bedded rooms one Disney themed, with Play Station 2 + games. Out side there is a large swimming Pool with a Jacuzzi with a 40ft deck which allows you to sunbath all day.
Satellite TV in large family room and master bedroom (over 100 channels to choose from) and a DVD player with movies, music system and telephone. The family room overlooks the pool and patio area There is a spacious open plan kitchen with formal dining area it is fully equipped with a super Refrigerator and Icemaker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee percolator and much more. All utensils and cutlery are provided. We are just 10 minuets from all the attractions All bedrooms have cable TV also we provide hairdryers and all linen and towels. The Air Conditioned games room is a must not only for the children but adults. Everything from a Professional pool table, family games books with two mountain bikes and Remember you can book our Villa any day of the week and the cost is for the villa not per person

The villa has all-day sun & backs onto dry pond the pool and large deck area are screened for your comfort.
The villa is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sun. There are no properties backing on to this villa giving you more privacy.
For added safety there is a purpose made child safety screen which fits around the pool/spa should you wish to use it.
Calabay Parc has on site children’s recreation area.

after being in the parks all day it was so nice to come back to a nice peaceful neighborhood and relax. the pool was warm and we could cook our own food. It was so comforting. |
