Our tastefully decorated and well equipped 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home has everything you need to make a truly memorable holiday.
Located in a superb location overlooking the 4th fairway of the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, the house offers 2801 sq ft of air-conditioned accommodation over two floors and a large swimming pool with deck and lanai.
The house is located on a quiet road of lovely houses and mature trees well away from the main State Road 27 but still close to all the amenities of Berry Town Plaza including Publix and Applebees.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando is the world's playground and offers something for everyone.
Of course everyone who visits Orlando has to visit the many theme parks and new ones are being added all the time. For the thrill seekers, Univeral's two parks are a must while children will love the Magic Kingdom. Epcot is a great destination for adults with more interesting rides and experiences and MGM studios is also a great day out. The Disney Parks also offer two water parks which should also be included.
And it is not just about rollercoasters - Sea World provides a real alternative with a relaxing day of shows and exhibits. YOu must stay the whole day to watch the last Shamu show - very American but good fun.
No trip to Orlando can end without at least one shopping expedition and there is lots to choose from. The Premium Outlets of I4 offer a great range of designer shops while the refurbished Prime Outlets (formerly Beltz) offers a large number of shops. If you want to go to a Mall, then Florida Mall is your best choice and also take a look at the various stores along Orange Blossom Trail for some electronic bargains.
Orlando is a golf lovers paradise and in addition to the Highlands Reserve course there are several more in the local area to play. Try to tee off early as it can get very hot out there on the course.
Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area
Highlands Reserve was one of the first developments along the US27 and offers properties with either a golf or conservation area view. Our property overlooks the 4th fairway. All the properties are on large plots and are laid out along wide roads with British themed names (although some of the spelling is a bit odd)
The golf course is 18 hole par 72 and also offers a communal pool, children's play area, tennis court and clubhouse.
Berry Town Plaza is closest to HIghlands and offers all that you will need. There is a Publix, bank and several restaurants and bars.
Further down the 27 towards the 92 you will find a petrol station.
How to get there
Flying to Orlando is much better value than ever before. For those who wish to fly with a scheduled airline, the best choice is probably Virgin Atlantic which flies directly into Orlando International Airport which is just 35 minutes away from Highlands Reserve (www,virginatlantic.com).
For those who wish to take advantage of the flight only fares from the charters, there are a number to choose from:

All of these offer an upgrade to their premier cabin and we recommend that you consider this upgrade, even if you do this for the return journey alone - not to mention the additional weight allowance you receive for your luggage.
These charter flights fly into Sanford Airport which is growing all the time and is about 50 miles from Highlands Reserve.
You will need to hire a car for your holiday and we have always found the best deals through Argus or Car2000.

Kitchen The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, cutlery/, kettle and telephone. There is a separate kitchen table and four chairs ideal for those with children.
Utility/Laundry Room The utility/laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and separate sink.
Formal Dining Area This room offers a large dining table and 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.
Formal Sitting Room The sitting room has a sofa, two armchairs and coffee table and is perfect as a place to rest, relax and look out at the swimming pool. This area has direct access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.
Master Bedroom The large master bedroom has sliding patio doors to the pool area and a king size bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, cable TV/DVD player and alarm clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a large spa bath, walk-in shower, double vanity unit with hairdryer and a separate WC.
Second Master Bedroom The second master bedroom has a queen size bed (a UK king), cable TV, alarm clock radio, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower (no bath). The bathroom has a door for direct access to the swimming pool.
Bedroom 3 This bedroom has twin beds, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 This bedroom has twin beds, alarm clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom The large family bathroom has a bath with shower.

Our home is locally managed so it is easy for you to collect/drop off keys and ask for any advice.
Further details outdoors: The house has a fully screened pool area with chairs, loungers and BBQ.
Pool Area The pool and terrace offers a lanai with table, chairs and sun-loungers. A Weber barbeque is also available together with a range of outdoor crockery and glasses for safe use out of doors.
In line with Florida Law the patio doors are all alarmed so that you know when children are leaving the house to go to the pool area. Please do not disable these alarms.

A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking if the reservation is over ten weeks in advance.
If the booking is made within ten weeks, full payment is taken.
A security deposit of £250 is also taken and then returned after your holiday when the management company has inspected the property. This is taken by cheque and cashed and then returned to you.
