Home description
Our spacious fully air conditioned house comfortably sleeps 8 (10 using the double sofabed in front sitting room), great for large families or two families sharing.
It has 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms sharing a well appointed bathroom. Walk in closets (one with safe) provide ample storage space. The bright and airy open plan lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished and opens through patio doors onto a fully screened sparkling swimming pool and lanai with sun loungers, table and chairs and outside lighting. There is a removeable child safety fence for young children. To the rear is a woodland conservation area and lake. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a dining area with table and chairs. The second front sitting room can serve as a quiet retreat or as a 5th bedroom having a double sofabed. A games room has recently been fitted and we are awaiting pictures.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando offers you everything you will need for a holiday in the sun.
Our villa is conveniently located to be near to all the major theme parks - 15 minutes drive along the freeway to Disney World, Seaworld, and Universal Studios . Also the same to a fabulous shopping experience on International Drive. Florida is not called the Sunshine State for nothing, as the sun nearly always shines and even when it rains (which it does sometimes) it's over very quickly.
Outside of Orlando, The Gulf coast is well worth a visit for its gorgeous white sandy beaches and its not too far to go for a day out. Interstate highway 14 is 2 minutes away and gives access to the beaches and to the Kennedy Space Centre and all Disney attractions
Davenport / Sandy Ridge area
Sandy Ridge is a very pleasant, quiet community which is situated only a few minutes drive from all the facilities a family needs to make a relaxing and fun-filled holiday.
Champions Gate has a large Publix supermarket, pharmacy, Italian, French and Chinese restaurants, 24 hr petrol station, bank, Blockbuster film hire, hair and nail salon and a McDonalds has recently opened up .
Davenport is a great place for your holiday, just southwest from Orlando and 7 miles from Disney World. Davenport is close to Polk County's chain of lakes and it's handy for shops, museums and galleries, restaurants, marinas and golf courses. NASCAR fans fans should note that Davenport is only a short trip from Daytona International Speedway. Downtown Davenport is just down the road from Reunion Resort and the International 36 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.
To the south of Davenport is Lake Kissimmee offering various watersports.
How to get there
You can fly into Orlando International airport approx 25 kms away or Sanford Airport. There are several car rental companies situated in the airport including dollar, Avis and Alamo.

Further details
A damage deposit of £100 is payable with balance to cover any breakages and is returnable within 2 weeks of departure. Pool heating is available for £12 per day and is payable together with the balance. No extra charge for cleaning.
