About the home

There is everything you need and more at our villa to make your sunshine holiday as relaxing and fun as possible. Our games room provides a football table and a substantial pool/billiard table to entertain all ages and cable TV provided throughout the villa.

Our spacious property has four bedrooms, master with en suite, second master which is also en suite, two twin rooms which share a jack and jill bathroom suite, plus a double sleeper sofa in the lounge, providing comfortable sleeping for 10 people. The extended deck faces SW so benefits from a very sunny aspect overlooking the woodlands and the beautiful pool and jacuzzi are wonderful places to relax.

External doors are lockable for the safety of young children plus additional safety feature is the portable pool fence which can be clipped around the whole water area.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
There are three bathrooms, one with a door from the pool area to enable you to take a quick, cooling shower without walking through the house. There is a formal lounge which is light and modern with a full dining room plus a breakfast 'nook' providing a further dining area.

The second lounge or 'family room' adjoins the fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. There are excellent facilities for families with young children and pushchair, cot, highchair all in the villa if needed.

Further details outdoors:
A children's playground is provided on the development. with volley ball net. The villa is in a peaceful and private setting overlooking woodlands. The pool area is not overlooked and provides a secluded haven to unwind after a day at the parks or the golf course.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The villa is only 15 minutes drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, water parks, the beautiful Discovery Cove and Sea World.Busch Gardens is 2 hours away and Kennedy Space Centre is very close. Fantastic shopping is within 20 minutes which includes both outlet malls and at least 3 fabulous shopping malls.

Walmart is 10 minutes away whilst the local Publix supermarket and take-aways are a mere 5 minutes drive away.
International Drive and all its restaurants and attractions is nearby and as the villa is convenient for the Route 4 and 192 many more attractions are easily accessible.

The Davenport / Tuscan Ridge area

Our villa would be ideal for families, couples wanting a peaceful break and golfers. The villa is very convenient for Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World. Only a few minutes from fantastic new shopping mall with superb shops. The beautiful beaches with Coco Beach being the nearest to the property approx 40 minutes away. The gorgeous beaches of St Petes and Clearwater are 2 hours away and are a firm favourite with my family alongside with the nature reserve at Pinellas at St Petes where deserted beaches and nature provide a peaceful respite from the parks and attractions.

There are several golf courses nearby. The Highland Reserve golf course is 3 miles from Tuscan Ridge. The golf club provides golf clubs, shoes, golf carts and anything else required for your golfing holiday. Early booking is advised for the best tee off times.

“A villa which exceeded our expectations” This villa is a dream home. It is situated in a quiet residential area some twenty to thirty minutes driving distance to any of Orlando's theme parks. It is spacious and well maintained. It is well equipped for children of all ages. Our three teenagers absiolutely loved it. The pool and jacuzzi is well maintained and on a weekly basis is cleaned for you and the water tested.Access to and fro is easy and we had no problems getting to our destinations. In fact the short drive back from the parks give you sometime to unwind from the park activities. There is a large walmart store some ten minutes away, which is extremely handy. There are a number of road restaurants close by, in which more than once we stopped to have dinner on our return journeys. The truth is that the photographs on the villa's webpage do not do it justice as it is far better. Our only regret was that despite the fact that we stayed for close to three weeks we should have stayed for a few more days to avail ourselves of all the facilities the villa had to offer. It was truely a home from home and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a family travelling to Orlando. Once again I extend by thanks to Julie for her hospitality as she has always been extremely helpful from day one.
