Home description
The villa is within easy reach of Disney approx 15 mins and all the other theme parks are approx 25 to 30 mins. Wall Mart supermarket is about 2 miles north and Publix supermarket is 1 mile south of the villa. Restaurants and take aways are also within a 2 minute drive.
The Gulf coast with all it's lovely beaches is approx 70 miles west and the space coast with Kennedy Space Centre, Coco beach and Daytona beach are approx 70 miles east. Golf courses are plentiful including Champions Gate which is about 15 mins from the villa.
Staying in a home gives you privacy, freedom and flexibility you want. You can come and go as you please, eat when you like and relax with all your family in your own private space. Staying away from the theme parks means you can escape the crazy pace of Orlando and as an alternative spend hours relaxing in your home from home.
The villas master bedroom suite has an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. There are a further 3 large bedrooms, 2 double and one twin with a bathroom upstairs. The family room has a TV and DVD with Cable, the separate Den area also has TV/DVD with cable and a pull out sofa bed sleeping a further 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped, full size cooker, large fridge with ice maker, microwave and lots more. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
Oustide is a beautiful large screened in pool, with heating if required and patio area.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando is well known for the many tourist attractions in the area, as well as Theme Parks it is also known for its wide array of golf courses, with numerous courses available for any level of golfer.
Davenport / Legacy Park area
Legacy park is situated on Highway 27. It has easy access to all major roads and attractions in the area. Interstate 4 and Highway 192 are minutes away making it a 15 minute trip to the Disney Theme Parks. Golfing is nearby along with many restaurants, shops and all the other Orlando attractions, a few miles down highway 27 you will even find a British Pub serving British food and showing the football and rugby!
How to get there
Most major U.K. airports fly into either Sanford Airport or Orlando International Airport. Legacy Park is just off Highway 27 and is about an hours drive from Sanford and about 40 minutes from Orlando International.
