Our luxury detached four bedroom, AIR-CONDITIONED villa occupies a glorious postion overlooking a lake and conservation area. One of the nicest features is that the home resides on a CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE community with lovely facilities. THE VILLA CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 10 PEOPLE.
Our private, HEATED SWMMING POOL overlooks the small lake and has a lovely sunbathing area with table, chairs and sunloungers. There are two double bedrooms, (one en suite) and two single rooms each with two single beds. Furthermore, there is an upstairs CHILDREN'S DEN AREA WITH TV AND GAMES. Naturally there are cable tv's in abundance. Ridgewood Lakes is situated in a gated community with stunning scenery and lovely woodland walks.The community IS UNDER 15 MINUTES FROM DISNEY and close to the other major attractions, restaurants and shopping malls. Our highly professional management company are only three minutes drive and are on hand to help with attraction tickets, advice or any oher issues. The community of Ridgewood Lakes are warm and friendly and love their golf.

The Master bedroom downstairs is en suite with a king size bed and the room opens up onto the pool area. There is a separate downstairs toilet as well. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with a queen size bed and two other bedrooms both with two single beds. Upstairs there is a bathroom and toilet. If you need it the sofa bed in the front dining room opens up to a comfortable bed.
As well as a relaxing lounge area and full luxury kitchen, our villa offers a more formal dining area if required-great if you like entertaining for that special evening.

A booking deposit of £200.00 per week booked is required and the full balance payable a minimum of ten weeks before departure. Our management company will take a security deposit on arrival that is refunded after you vacate the villa subject to checking the villa and its contents.
PETS: Small house trained pets are welcome but the pet owners/guests are entirely responsible for any damage and subsequent cleaning and/or replacement of broken items

People often forget downtown Orlando with the bars, live music and nightlife, so as you can see" there's too much to do and not enough time".

Most International Airlines like BA, Virgin, United and American Airlines fly to Orlando International Airport or Sandford. Orlando International is closer to the villa.
Some good websites (My opinion only) I have used for flights are www.cheapestflights.co.uk or
www.airlinenetwork.co.uk.
Car Hire is imperative in Orlando and most of the major companies like Alamo, National, Dollar and Budget are at located Orlando International Airport.
If you wish to pre-book your car I have found www.holidayautos.co.uk to be competitive and effcient (My opinion only).

Booked this villa last year no problem at all, saw it advertised and it was perfect for my large family, we booked for myself, partner and 4 teenagers. Mr Moss was great and the booking procedure was very quick and easy. The villa it's self is beautiful with all the amenties and plenty of space. Having the gated security was an added bonus as my mother decided to come with us and we could leave her alone at home when it was too hot for her to come with us and I knew that she was safe too. We had no problems in finding the Villa and everything was close by, Walmart and Publix was great for all of our food etc. We went out a few times to Manny's which was the best but do call ahead and book as this place was very busy at all times. We had Dominio pizza delivered too, perfect after the long days at the parks. Disney world, Sea world etc wasn't far either but you do need a car and do rent one with a large boot for all the 'extras' you will buy especially if you go the outlet centres! Would love to go again |

Perfect place to be when visiting Legoland, DIsneyworld or Orlando. 20 minutes drive to all the mentioned places. The villa is actually on a closed Golf resort which means there is guarded entrance to the whole complex. Nearest supermaret is Publix just 5 minutes away, Walmart is abt 10 minutes away so very convenient. Also next to Publix is pharmacy and also a hospital. The villa itself is great, plenty of room, all the needed items are there (microwave, owen, washer, dryer, iron etc). We were 4 kids and 3 adults and we had plenty of room for everybody! The Playstation on the second floor was popular among our boys:) The pool is heated which is great during winter, place is of course air conditioned which means the house is nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter if needed (we had +1C on one morning so heating was handy!) Wireless intermet all through the house which was essential to us and we appreciated it much. Owner extremely helpful and the local housekeeper was also very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend using this villa if you're visiting Orlando area! |

Well situated. Safe and secure. Lovely surroundings. Walmart and, Publix and hospital very close. Villa comfortable and clean with all facilities at hand. I have been at this villa 6 times with friends and children. Going again November 11. Cant wait. Have recommended to friends and colleagues as well. Owner very helpful and informative. Booking straight forward and uncomplicated. Information provided at the villa a great help. Lovely to unwind at the poolside after a busy day at the parks or shopping. Cant recommend highly enough. |
