Beautifully furnished new townhouse, a few minutes drive from Disney theme parks, Orlando. Newly completed in 2007, this spacious, modern, fully furnished town house is situated on the Towns of Legacy Park.
It is ideally located on the US 27 between I-4 and 192 in Davenport, close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Legacy Park provides easy access to all the main attractions being just minutes from shops, restaurants and many nearby golf courses. It is also within an hours drive of both the east and west coasts. There is a communal outdoor pool and jogging trails.
The home has two bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.It is attractively designed and has ceramic tile flooring throughout the ground floor and capeting throughout the rest of the property. This tastefully decorated home, has all the facilities necesary for your stay in Florida. Fully air-conditioned throughout with clean bed linen and towels provided before arrival. There is a communal swimming pool and spa area with BBQ as well as ample sunbathing space. The surrounding area has been professionally landscaped and maintained.
The town house is fully registered and liscensed with the state of Florida and is maintained by our local property management company.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando is an ideal destination for those who enjoy a good climate all year round and plenty of attractions. The most famous attraction Orlando has to offer is the Disney World Resort and there are many more popular theme parks such as Universal Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, Discovery Cove.
Orlando has one of the most deserved reputations for 'something for everyone' and could be described as the therme park capital of the world.
Near by attractions: Disney World Resort (15 mins), Universal Studios an Islands of Adventure (20 mins), Sea World (20 mins), Wet and Wild (20 mins), Busch Gardens (45 mins), Dennedy Space Centre (50 mins), Holy Land Experience (20 mins), Daytona Grand Prix Circuit (90 mins).
Golfing: World Class golfiing only 2 minutes from location. Within a 30 minute reduis there are over 21 golf courses, both exclusive and public.

There are many beaches with many things to do on each, such as hiring boats and snorkelling as well as topping up that all important tan!

Davenport / Legacy Park area

Davenport is possibly the fastest developing region of Central Florida, extremely close the the Walt Disney World and a short distance from Orlando and Tampa. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by rolling hills and land that was once used for citrus growth.

With an ideal location for easy access to all the major theme parks, there are many activities available. Davenport is also close to Lake Taho which offers a vast array of activities such as fishing, sailing, camping, hiking and many other outdoor activities. Golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants and bars are also very accessible.
Shopping: 24 hour Walmart Store (5 mins), Publix Supermarkets (over 5 large stores within 5 mins), Premium designer outlet malls (15 mins), shopping on Highway 192 (5 mins), including many restaurants and food areas.
Arabian Nights dinner experience (10 mins).
Banking: Access to major US banks and ATM machines witin 2 minutes.
Local activities: Swimming, tennis, walking, cycliing, roller blading, baseball.

How to get there

The property can be reached via Orlando International (50km) and Sanford airports. Good access to local highways, it is situated off highway 27, between 1-4 and 192.
There are many car rental agencies available at the airports.
A taxi from the airport will cost about $100.
There are shuttle buses/Lynx buses available to Disney, Orlando.

A booking deposit of £100 is required with the full balance payable 4-6 weeks prior to holiday.
