Silver Palms our beautiful, luxury private rental villa, offers our guests a home from home. Our two en suite master bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share, with three further twin bedrooms providing comfortable spacious accommodation for ten people. This, coupled with three bathrooms, a large kitchen and nook area, great games room and a beautiful extended private swimming pool and deck area mean that there is space for the whole family to sit back relax and enjoy their Florida vacation.

How to get there
Holiday villa rental, Solana with private pool - Getting to Solana Resort from Orlando International Airport is not difficult. Take the South Exit from the airport (not the more obvious North exit) and after a mile or so turn right onto Highway 417. US 417 (also known as the Central Florida Greenaway) is a toll road so have a few dollars to hand for the three tollbooths that you will pass through. Stay on US 417 for 15 miles until you join the I4 heading west towards Tampa. After 8 miles turn off to the right at exit 55 onto Highway 27 and head north for 4 miles. Turn right into Barry Road, Solana Resort with its gated entrance is easily seen

The private and communal swimming pools can be used all year round. Communal swimming pool and spa are continually heated in the colder months. Pool heating for our private pool is available through our mangement company at an additional rate per day and may be needed for bookings between November and April.
Our local management company and the resort guest services are there to offer help and advice.
The villa is on one level so is suitable for most guests including elderly and young children.

We did it again! 2nd year running we returned to Silver Palms Villa. Amazingly & thought not possible but we actually had an even better time this year, felt like coming home and as with the previous year the villa was of an exceptional standard! We knew where the good restaurants were & thoroughly enjoyed re-visiting them, picking up where we left off last year! The only problem is what to do next year.... watch this space. We were all delighted with the villa, when we opened the door it was so much better than we expected. The swimming pool was great and the barrier for the children made it feel safer. It was a nice place to relax and the Resort was an ideal place - it makes you feel safer when you are in a resort with locked gates. We would recommend this villa to anybody as it was fantastic. We were very impressed with your villa especially by how spacious and clean it was. The standard of the villa was very much better than what we anticipated. We felt very much at home and it had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable.… The male members and the children in our group definitely enjoyed the games room. Myself on the other hand, my thrill was to have the laundry facilities!!! (Hey lucky me) No seriously it's great especially when you are holidaying with children it really makes life so much easier. The location was ideal, especially with the local supermarkets being so near and a good selection of places to eat nearby. We would like to say thank you for allowing us to use the villa as we had a fantastic holiday, our only regret is that we couldn't go for 3 weeks as this would have given us so much more time to chill and enjoy the villa.
