Our two en suite master bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share, with three further twin bedrooms providing comfortable spacious accommodation for ten people. How to get there
Holiday villa rental, Solana resort with private pool - Getting to Solana Resort from Orlando International Airport is not difficult. Take the South Exit from the airport (not the more obvious North exit) and after a mile or so turn right onto Highway 417. US 417 (also known as the Central Florida Greenaway) is a toll road so have a few dollars to hand for the three tollbooths that you will pass through. Stay on US 417 for 15 miles until you join the I4 heading west towards Tampa. After 4 miles Turn off the I4 at Exit 58. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp and drive through the large Champions Gate arch. Continue for ¾ mile then turn right at Ronald Reagan Parkway. Continue for approx 2 miles turn right at the junction with the US 27. After approx 2 miles - Turn right into Barry Road, Solana Resort with its gated entrance is easily seen.

The private and communal swimming pools can be used all year round. Communal swimming pool and spa are continually heated in the colder months. Pool heating for our private pool is available through our mangement company at an additional rate per day and may be needed for bookings between November and April.
Our local management company and the resort guest services are there to offer help and advice.
The villa is on one level so is suitable for most guests including elderly and young children.

This villa was fantastic! It was the first time staying in a pool home for my family. We will never stay in a hotel again if a pool home is an option for our vacation. It was convenient when the kids wanted to swim, not having to grab all of our stuff and walk down to a pool somewhere. We could enjoy some drinks and snacks or watch TV and still be able to watch our kids in the pool. The ability to have a kitchen saved us a lot of money on breakfast, and we were able to buy our groceries and pack a cooler for the parks the next day as well. Eating out for a week is costly and sometimes you want a light snack and kids are always snacking and all of this is available at the pool home and not at a hotel room. The pool home ending up costing us the same as a cheap hotel room but giving us so much more in facilities. The bed layout was perfect and we were able to share our home with friends of ours allowing us to sleep 10 people comfortably. The Solana resort is beautiful. I really like the fact it is enclosed in a gated community. All of the homes are beautifully kept. The location is very central to all of your needs in either Orlando area or Tampa area.
