Orlando experiences decent holiday weather all year round, with its subtropical tempratures. Enjoy the golfing experinces nearby at highlands reserve or even Popo Park. Tthe good family theme parks and the shopping. Legacy Park is situated to the south west of Orlando and only ten to fiveteen minutes from Disney's main gate. Attractions including Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World, Wet and Wild and Gatorland are all nearby.

Locally, you are well served by the many restaurants and shopping facilities available such as Prime and Premium outlets, Florida Mall not being far and why not just relax at the house. Places like Tampa Bay and Clearwater are an hour's drive.

Situated on US highway 27, is easily found from the I-4 West, and even the 192 roads. nearest airport is Orlando International, Sanford Airport is an hours drive.
