This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa built in May 2004 is one of the most luxurious properties in this most sought after development. This property is built on a corner premium plot. The property has a security alarm. The home has been furnished to the highest standard you will find.The extra large south east facing pool are surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. The pool area is secluded by thick green foliage offering seclusion and privacy. . The pool area is spacious and offers ample space for entertaining and barbecuing. Wi-Fi internet access.Free unlimited calls within the US and to Canada.The den has a Sony Play station . Large soft sofas and huge king size beds. For UK guests,a deposit is required immediately to book the villa and this is normally in the form of a cheque for the value of £200.

The remainder of the payment needs to be paid four weeks before arrival.
