Welcome to our luxury pool home in the quiet community of Oak Point. The villa is a single-storey 4 bedroom Floridian style home, furnished to a very high standard by the interior design company ’by appointment interiors’ to ensure that it is stylish and comfortable for your stay. The kitchen area is tiled for practicality while all the rest of the villa is carpeted for your comfort. Free telephone calls within the continental USA.

The Oakpoint community in Orlando, Florida is an excellent choice for your holiday home. This private and prestigious community is primarily a residential community. Oakpoint is located on Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54), which makes it conveniently placed for easy access to all the theme parks and attractions of Central Florida.
15 minutes from Disney World and 5 minutes from a number of first class golf courses. 5 minutes away from your local store for all your everyday groceries. The villas location boasts extremely convenient access to Interstate 4 allowing you a quick direct route to Disney World, without the hold ups normally associated with travelling to Disney from other locations. Other doorstep attractions include Universal theme parks, Wet'n Wild, SeaWorld and the coast, as well as a choice of premium outlets.

With premium Movie channels, DVD player with a range of titles, HiFi system TV's with cable in everybedroom. Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in every bedroom. Also included is a PlayStation 2 with a range of games all provided for the use of our guests. A selection of board games are also supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering vacation.

Full Kitchen ammentities, Dishwasher and Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Linen/Towels. For those with yourger children there is a high chair, travel cot and a child stroller/pram to help make your stay a little easier.

The villa is located on a large plot giving a large garden area and a large 28ft x 14ft fully screened and heated pool (extra cost involved) has a raised spa at one end. A large hexagonal table and 4 chairs with 4 loungers/chair loungers are there to make your stay buy the pool a truly relaxing one.

The Florida Region Known internationally as "The Theme Park of The World" whose attractions are second to none. Florida boasts that it can satisfy all tastes and intersts. Theres so much to do and see your first visit will definitely not be your last. Theme parks include the Disney experience, Bush Gardens, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet 'n' wild and many more.For those wild about animals why not swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove or if you dare visit Gatorland and Florida's own everglades.
"Seaworld"; a wonderful enchanting world of marine life up close and now Sea World's aqua park Aquatica. Visit the Gulf Coast including Tampa Bay, St Petersburg and Clearwater which are all in easy driving distance. The Kennedy Space Centre where the shuttle is launched with it's jaw dropping Apollo rocket, launch re-enactment and a multitude of scientific facts is a must.
There are fabulous shopping malls for those with designer labels, electronic and photographic equipment in mind and Florida has some of the lowest prices in the U.S! Florida is known for it's year round warm climate with some thundery showers late afternoon/early evening.
The Davenport / Oak Point area
Davenport is close to the I4 with the Disney "theme park is only a 15 minute drive away, with a mutitude of other exciting adventures all within easy driving distance. Water-parks go carting, ballooning, and more adventure play -grounds than you can imagine!
There are a great variety of dining experiences with portions to suit the largest appetite and many after dinner shows available. For the golfer, plenty of challenging courses including Jack Nicklaus designed Champions Gate golf course within 5 minutes drive. Don't miss a great evening's entertainment available at many different Dinner Shows.
International Drive, buzzing day and nightime activities and all within easy reach, you really are spoiled for choice. You will find it very difficult to fit everything you want to do and see into 2 weeks!

Fly to Florida. Oak Point is a 30 min drive from Orlando International Airport. Take McCoy road west to Sand Lake road and turn west at junction 74a onto interstate 4. Leave interstate 4 at junction 58 and go right through Champions Gate then left on Ronald Regan Parkway (CR 54) for 2 miles Oak Point is on the right on the right.
