To the West lies the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of golden beaches which witness glorious sunsets day after day. The vibrant city of Tampa Bay hosts cultural and musical concerts. For sports fans of American Football it is also home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On the outskirts of Tampa lies Busch Gardens where nature meets the roller coaster. For the nature lover marvel at creatures close up, enjoy their feeding time and play antics. For the roller coaster enthusiast, buckle of up for those exhilarating white knuckle rides- you will not be disappointed. Both coastal regions can be reached in under 60 minutes from our villa.

Davenport / The Sanctuary at West Haven area
In addition to the theme parks, golf and shopping options around Orlando, there are many other attractions and activities that mean you never need to do the same thing twice! For details on the numerous other attractions why not visit the brand new interactive visitor centre, Polk Outpost 27, which is located at the junction of I-4 and US-27 and is only minutes from the Villa.
The main theme parks offer spectacular entertainment in the evenings, however, Davenport has plenty of other options for night time entertainment, including numerous restaurants. Dinner shows are always a interesting alternative, while the variety of dining options located between the Villa and the International Drive area is limitless.
For stocking up on groceries and other essentials, the Villa is less than 5 minutes away from a Publix superstores. A pharmacy is also within a 5 minute drive of the Villa, together with a DVD rental store, a dry cleaners, a hairdresser, beauty salon and numerous fast food outlets.
For the golfing enthuiast, for 12 months of the year, they will find the golf courses in Florida open and challenging. And from May through October the golf courses are never crowded, you can pick your tee time and be assured of a leisurely round. Also, many of the private courses are open to the public during these months.
Throughout Florida there are more than 1,000 courses available catering to every level of player. We are priveledged to have as our closet neighbour Champions Gate Golf Resort. Situated 5 minutes drive from the villa, quality 18 hole champoinship golf can be enjoyed by you in the most exquisite, up market environment. Why not give it a go, you will not be disappointed

How to get there
Trans- Atlantic flights are available daily from most European destinations and arrive either at Orlando International Airport or Sanford Airport.
Car hire firms such as Dollar, Alamo, Hertz are situated on site at these airports for ease of transist to your holiday accommodation. We personally recommend the services of Dollar but make sure you pre-pay for all insurances and a full tank of fuel when you book.

Further details indoors: The accommodation was chosen to facilitate a large family with ample living space. In fact two families could quite comfortably live side by side thus reducing the rental costs per person. All bed linen and towels are provided and there is a superbly appointed kitchen for preparation of meals.
Pull-out bed settee in living area can accommodate 2 guests !! The Master Bedroom enjoys a large en suite area with walk-in shower and his & hers vanity areas. The most glorious of sunrises can be viewed from your own private balcony which over looks tranquil conservation. Watch the water birds at play or just soak up the glorious sunshine - the choice is yours. Bedroom 2 boast its own en-suite facility, with bedroom 3 & 4 have a share of the 3rd bathroom.
Outside the pool can be heated upon request. Its location promotes a safe environment for the kids to play and a private tranquil outlook over conservation. For that alfresco meal an outdoors barbeque can be rented upon request. The pool area boasts a Lanai to escape the heat when necessary. Sunny Daze was light and airy, spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable too! We had all of the towels we needed and access to a washer and dryer has saved us a lot of washing and ironing on our return home!
The pool and pool area were great, we enjoyed sitting out there at night listening to the frogs and crickets singing down by the lake!
Being near Walgreens, a 7Eleven and Publix is a bonus, particularly on arrival, and we have to say that Chillis is fantastic, we would give anything for a Cajun Rib-eye with Mash and Gravy right now!
Thank you for supplying the accommodation that went towards making our stay such a fantastic one and we will certainly be recommending Sunny Daze to our work colleagues at DHL and BA.

We found Sunny Daze to be well situated with its easy access to roads and the shops at Champions Gate. The gated community was quiet and extremely well-kept. Sunny daze had all the facilities we needed to make our stay a pleasurable one.
