Davenport / Legacy Park area

Whatever time of year you visit Orlando there's always something going on within easy access of Legacy Park. The famous Daytona 500 Motor Race. The Classic Cars and Motor Bikes parade down the high street at Kissemee Old Town.

Visit the town of Celebration in the autumn and watch the leaves fall magically on the street see the pumpkin patch and all the halloween celebrations,or the only place to see Snow in Orlando at Christmas time. Fly to Orlando International Airport or Sandford Airport, Orlando's excellent road links take you directly to Legacy Park which is situated at the end of the US192 on Highway 27 Approximate time from Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes and from Sandford about 45 minutes.

Luxury two bedroom plus loft modern Townhouse. Open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has two sofa's and 99 channel TV. Tiled floors run through the whole of the ground floor there is also a downstairs toilet. The property has an enclosed lania with patio furniture overlooking the pool and gardens. Upstairs the master bedroom, with view across the pool, has a double bed, en suite shower room and toilet, there is also a good size walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.The loft room has two double sized bed settee's.

Legacy Park is the ideal location with easy access to all the theme parks, Restaurants,Shopping Mall's, the Kennedy Space Station and the Dayton Raceway .Close by is a Publix Supermarket, Pizzeria, Chinese and Indian takeaways, Walmart is only a 5 minute drive away [not to be missed] while the prestigious Champions Gate Golf course is less than 10 minutes.For those who like fishing and outdoor activities the Lake Louisa Park is only 30 minutes drive and with America's most beautiful beach at Clearwater less than an hours drive away our house at Legacy Park is the place where the MAGIC BEGINS.
