The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Davenport / Tuscan Ridge area

Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves, with communal tennis courts and children’s play area. Within easy reach of your villa there is plenty to do and see in and around what is undoubtedly the entertainment capital of the world "Orlando".

In addition to Walt Disney World with all its theme parks there is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, a choice of Water Parks and much more such as Golf, Mini golf, Horse riding, Tennis, Shooting, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Boating - including air boats, Balloon rides and Helicopter rides. Within easy reach there is Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens.

Gulf coast and Atlantic coast beaches and Kennedy Space Centre. For anyone not into theme parks, there are plenty of other things on offer. For example, shopaholics will be in seventh heaven as there are lots of discount designer shops and factory outlets signposted along the highway. There are several golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the villa including the Greg Norman signature courses at The Champions Gate complex which also features The David Leadbetter Golf School.

How to get there

Our villa is located just north of I4 and Rt. 27. This is one of the best locations you will find in the Orlando area. We are approximately 10 -15 minutes to Disney and many of the other theme parks are within 30 minutes.

We are 1 hour to either coast. We are close to everything but far enough from Orlando to avoid the congestion of the big city. We are 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Sanford International Airport.

Upon entering our villa the foyer will lead you to the formal living and dining room. There are double sliding doors that open to the large covered patio/lanai from the formal living room. A second family room off the kitchen boasts a big screen TV, cable, video, games console and a CD/DVD player.

Sliding double doors lead out to the pool area from the family room as well. The formal dining room seats eight and has also been tastefully furnished.

Kitchen:
Enjoy our gourmet kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities required to enjoy family time and a nice home cooked meal if desired. Our kitchen comes equipped with all appliances, utensils, cooking rack, island and breakfast bar. (It has a blender and of course, a tea pot, and a coffee maker) The kitchen adjoins the eating area and family room in a great room style, with easy access to pool / lanai area in the back of the home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
You will arrive to 5 very nice size bedrooms that include a US king master bed/bath on the main floor. The second floor has a second US queen master bed/bath and three additional bedrooms (2 with US full beds and the other with 2 twins). Another full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor with ½ bath located on the main floor. 3 bedrooms feature a TV/DVD player.

Games Room:
The game room has a professional pool table, air hockey, foosball table, poker set, and a tv! Other board games are on the shelves, too. Everything that you need to create some great family time!

Our villa has a large oversize pool and spa with extended deck and lanai. The pool is completely screened in for your comfort. On the pool deck you will find ample pool and lounging furniture.

Our pool and spa face south for full sun exposure all day and sit on one of the highest elevations in the surrounding area to provide a beautiful view not overlooked by any neighboring villas. Pool toys, balls, and floaties are furnished for your enjoyment. Come and enjoy the Florida Sun!!

Golf!
You will be located just minutes from numerous championship golf courses such as… Southern Dunes, Champions Gate (Greg Norman signature courses which also features The David Leadbetter Golf School), all of the Disney courses, and Orange County National (Crooked Cat and Panther Lake)!!!
