A beautiful four bedroom executive property, air conditioned and tastefully furnished in the gated community of Highate Park and Legacy Park. Highgate Park is a gated community located in a peaceful location. The community includes a tennis court and children's play area.
The villa is situated approximately an hour's drive from both the Gulf Coast to the west where you will find Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg together with Busch Gardens. Cypress Gardens is just half an hour away. The Atlantic Coast to the east where you will find Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral.
There are more than 25 golf courses within the area including Highlands Reserve just minutes away and Championsgate desinged by Gred Norman approximately five minutes.
Shops and restaurants within minutes including Publix and Walmart.
Davenport / Highgate Park area
Highate Park is fifteen minutes from Disney and Sea World and its new water park, Universal Studios etc are 30 to 45 minutes away. Animal Kingdom is just eight miles away. Great shopping and dining are within easy reach together with banks, medical facilities and takeaway restaurants can be found at Legacy Village. Outlet shopping and malls within 30 minutes.
How to get there
Highgate Park is suitated two miles south of the 192 on Highway 27. 30/40 minutes from Orlando International airport. One hour from Sandford airport and fifteen minutes from Disney World's Animal Kingdom. Within easy travelling of both airports. Take the 417 and then interstate 4 coming off at junction 55 and then only two miles to Legacy Park where you will find Highgate Park.

Further details outdoors: A private swimming pool and spa both of which can be heated. You will find sun loungers and patio furnitue enabling relaxation and maybe breakfast by the pool or dinner. Perhaps take a dip on your return from a busy day at the parks. A barbeque can be arranged if required. The Lanai offers shade whilst the extended deck given plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. The screed pool has a safety fence providing pease of mind for families with younger guests.

A £150 deposit is required at the time of booking. A £200 security deposit is required refundable at the end of your stay. Full payment is required eight weeks before your stay.
