This is a private villa with screened pool and Jacuzzi, situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport, set amidst orange groves. It is in a peaceful location, and yet has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away.

Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast is about 65 miles. All beaches are accessed via excellent roads (mainly Interstates), so driving is quick and stress free. It's been called the quintessential beach town, and Cocoa Beach, an hour's drive east of Orlando on Florida's beautiful Space Coast, offers endless ways to enjoy recreation and leisure.
Florida is known for its beautiful and plentiful golf courses and with it's sunny, warm climate is an ideal all year round place to play. There are many championship courses within the area. The Disney Classic takes place about 10 mins away from the villa, amongst others.

The orlando international & sandford airports are approx 30mins drive to the villa and is very easy to find. full directions with map will be provided.

Further details indoors: It is fully air-conditioned throughout, and there are ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.
The kitchen is open plan and combines with a breakfast nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.
The family room has comfortable seating, and there is a 27” remote control cable television. There is direct access to the pool and deck, which has a privacy fence and so is not overlooked.
The formal dining room has seating for four, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. There is also a second quiet sitting room adjacent to this room.
There are two master-bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool which has direct access onto the pool deck, ideal for early morning swims. Both master-suites have walk-in closets, dressing table and mirror, night-tables, lamps, and clock radios . En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity units.
The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim.

There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.
The pool is 24’ x 14’ and can be heated when required. There is also a jacuzzi next to the pool, and a child-safe pool guard.
The pool looks onto a privacy fence and so affords privacy.
