Located on the beautiful gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven set close to many Golf courses most notably Reunion & Champions Gate the villa is an ideal base for your vacation. The villa has over 2,300 sq ft of in door living space

Disney is only a short 10 minute (genuine) drive away with Seaworld only 20 minutes & Universal studios approximately 25 minutes away. There are ample restaurants and a supermarket within a short drive at Champions gate with many more restaurants only a few minutes further on the 192

4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen / breakfast area, spacious living area including a sofa bed and a fabulous private pool with a separtae hot tub are just a few of things you can expect at our stunning villa. As you walk into our home you cannot fail to be impressed with the bright and airy feel the villa provides a true WOW factor spread over 2,300 sq ft of living space. You’ll notice immediately that this home is different to most others in the general area with the large, light and airy rooms with extremely tasetful furniture and decor. The villa is a truly stunning family home that brings a stunning level of quality for your stay in Florida.

There is plenty of comfortable living space, with 2,300sq ft of in door living area. The open plan Formal Living Room leads through the dining area which has a large dining table and chairs. This is the setting for a perfect family meal and the wall and table decorations could give you the feeling that you are sat in a top quality Restaurant

The open plan Dining Area then leads through into the Kitchen and another separate dining area. The kitchen area is absolutely wonderful and is fitted out with everything you will need to cook up a snack or full family dinner. There is an oven and hot plates as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. We provide all of the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as much more. Don’t worry about the dishes either as
we also have a dishwasher.

The Kitchen Dining area looks onto the pool and rear of the property which allows the adults to have a great meal whilst the kids enjoy the pool and the pool deck area. Enjoy a family BBQ with the pool side gas grill and why not relax in the pool after a day at the theme parks or shopping in the malls.

The Formal Living Room also opens up into the Family Room and is overlooked by the Kitchen too. We have 4 Wonderfully appointed bedrooms upstairs. All of the rooms have everything you would expect from a home of this high standard such as Cable TVs, clock radios and plenty of quality storage space and lighting.

The villa has high speed WIFI installed to allow those guests who like to keep in touch with work and friends via the internet satisfied. Just bring your lap top and off you go!

We have 2 master suites - One with a King sized bed and one with a Queen sized bed, both have en-suite bathrooms and are beautifully furnished with two walk in wardrobes and closet space. The rooms have ceiling fans as well as being served by the air conditioning and heating systems. After a hard day at the theme parks you really need somewhere where you can sleep in peace and continue with your dreams.

We also have 2 other bedrooms that are fitted 4 twin beds and are furnished to an exceptional standard. Both of these bedrooms are wonderfully decorated with a bright and relaxing atmosphere. These bedrooms also have ceiling fans and air conditioning and heating. These bedrooms have access to shared bathroom.

We provide all linen and towels, so just bring your clothes, yourselves and be prepared for the vacation of a lifetime.

It wouldn't be a family fun villa without a games room, and we're certain you'll love our fully converted garage games room. The relaxing environment makes it a great place to enjoy a game of pool, air hockey, darts, or just sit at the chrome bar table with a drink and watch the action - the choice is yours. There is also a PS2 with a selection of games including guitar hero with 2 guitars!

We also provide a baby stroller, two car booster seats, high chair, baby monitor and travel cot.

The master bedroom en suite is extremely large with a corner bath, shower and his and hers vanity units.

The utility room comes equipped with a washing machine and a tumble drier.

All the rooms in the house are large as the living space covers over 2,300 square feet which allows peace and quiet if required!

Further details outdoors:
Our home has an absolutely beautifully shaped South facing pool wityh a large covered lanai and pool deck area. What a way to relax. You can relax out in the sun and just soak up the rays on our sun loungers or chairs, or sit under the covered lanai under the ceiling fan to stay cool.

The pool and deck are fully screened with a fine mesh screen which keeps the insects and wildlife out but still provides exposure to the sun. A privacy screen has also now been installed along the bottom panel of the pool enclosure. Our pool is professionally maintained weekly to ensure that the chemical balance is correct and the pool is safe and clean to swim in and the deck cleaned also. We have a removable safety fence to give you added peace of mind if you have young children in your party. There is an outside shower that provides a cleaning rinse down after spending all day in the pool.

The pool can be heated at a small additional cost if it is a little cold for your liking but this is generally only required from October to March. There is additional cost for use of the hot tub.

The villa has a pool side gas grill / BBQ, free of charge, which is perfect for the days or evenings when the family can relax and let Dad cook the steaks!

If the sitting in the sun gets too hot relax under the lanai at the outdoor table and enjoy a reading a book in the peace and quiet that the Sanctuary provides.

The Davenport / The Sanctuary at West Haven area

The Sanctuary at Westhaven is a beautiful secluded gated community. It is located against one of the numerous protected wet lands areas. The Sanctuary has perfectly landscaped grounds which are nestled inside the gated entrance.

Situated on one of the highest points in Central Florida, and just 10 minutes drive from Disney Maingate. On clear nights you might just see the fireworks from Walt Disney World's EPCOT resort!

Only 2.7 miles away is a new Publix supermarket and other smaller shops and the Champions Gate golf course.

The Sanctuary is a genuine 10 minute drive to the Disney parks with the Universal parks and Sea World only 20 minutes away.

The Magic Kingdom Park: The Magic Kingdom park is what usually springs to mind for most people when you mention Disney World (or Walt Disney World Resort, to give it its full name), probably because it was the first of the four parks to be opened (in 1971). The park does get busy, so get there early and you'll see so much more. “A fantastic family villa situated near all the parks” What a fab 2 weeks we had! Didn't want to leave. Your villa had everything we needed and more. The welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated. Kids loved the games room, even the big kids! It was close to the parks, supemarkets (which I'm missing already). Our favourite place to eat was Chili's Bar and Grill which was only a 5 min drive away. Good value for money and great food and excellent service. We will definately be coming back!

“Great vila which was everything we could wish for!” We stayed at the villa for 9 nights in September 2012. Everything was as described on the website. The villa was clean and had everything we could have required. The welcome pack was an excellent addition and much appreciated, so thanks Warren and Nikki for a thoughful touch which was great. The villa is in an excellent location on a gated community and is lovely and safe, quiet and peaceful...nice to return there each evening after busy days in the theme parks and completely chill out and relax. In summary, an excellent choice of villa with everything anyone could need or want for a great holiday!
