The development is very well laid out, with lots of conservation areas and parklands, and a children’s play area.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The Orlando area is world famous as a family holiday destination, and rightly so. Not only is it the home of some of the world's best and most well-known theme parks, but there are literally hundreds of other attractions in the area. If you are a golfer, the Orlando area will be heaven on earth for you, with dozens of top-quality golf courses available for play all year round. For a break from the theme parks, it is only just over an hour's drive to some of the best beaches in Florida
Albion Villa only 2 miles from Champions Gate, which provides a Publix supermarket, Walgreen’s pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and various other useful amenities. Champions Gate also boasts a nationally acclaimed golf facility for world-class golf, offers 36 holes designed by International Golf Champion Greg Norman and is the World Headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Also within just a few minutes drive are literally dozens of other golf courses, such as Highlands Reserve, Deer Creek, Polo Park, Mystic Dunes, Providence.
Davenport / Sandy Ridge area
Sandy Ridge is a lovely new development situated just off CR532. It is ideally situated for all the major theme parks and amenities, and yet provides a quiet getaway at the end of the day. The development is very well laid out, with lots of conservation areas and parklands, and a children’s play area.
It takes approx 10-15 mins to reach the Disney theme parks either by using the I-4 or US192. Just get onto the I-4 for journeys to Seaworld (15 mins), Universal Studios (15 mins), International Drive (10 mins), Kennedy Space Centre (around 60 mins) and the Gulf Coast (depending on traffic it can take between 60 and 90 mins). We are also close to Boggy Creek Airboats (20 mins), and Gatorland (20 mins)
How to get there
There are many scheduled and charter airlines fly to both Orlando International and Orlando Sandord airports, from Heathrow-Gatwick and man regional airports. Our lovely 3-bed, 3-bath villa with private pool is approximately 30 miles (45 km) from Orlando International airport. All major car rental companies are available in Orlando

Further details outdoors: The large heated and floodlit pool provides a lovely way to cool off after a hard day at the theme parks. Relax and sip a drink on one of the chairs or loungers provided, eat a snack at the table in the lanai, or simply enjoy a swim. The pool area is enclosed by a screen, which provides both privacy and protection from insects. The pool is cleaned and serviced weekly for your safety and enjoyment.

Villa is non-smoking. Welcome packs providing basic necessities such as milk, sugar, tea, coffee etc can be provided on arrival for a small cost. Our local Management Company are available should you need help finding anything.
Conditions
A 10% deposit is required to secure booking, with full balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100, payable with balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
