Welcome to our 5 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM Luxury villa which holds up to 12 people.
Situated on the prestigious Calabay Parc, our villa will make you feel at home from the moment you walk inside. This villa is fully AIR-CONDITIONED with THREE Master Bedrooms, with one having direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has CABLE TV and DVD players. All have EN-SUITE bathrooms with walk in showers, bathtubs and walk in wardrobes. We have two twin rooms. One Disney themed with Disney TV, DVD player and music system which the children love.
COTS, HIGH CHAIR and STAIR GATE, 2 SINGAL STROLLERS AND DOUBLE PUSHCHAIR all provided FREE !
The kitchen area is open plan with everything you need and more including a utility room with a WASHER and DRYER so you can go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes !!!! The spacious family room over looks the pool area through patio doors with: LARGE SCREEN TV, CABLE and DVD player with lots recent movies.
We also have a second family room with: CABLE TV, PLAYSTATION, iPOD STATION and NINTENDO Wii with up todate games, to give hours of fun for everyone.
The Games Room is a must. not just for the children but the Adults has well. we have a PROFESSIONAL POOL TABLE, DARTS BOARD, AIR SOCCAR, SMALLER POOL TABLE, TABLE FOOTBALL, MOUNTAIN BIKES, and NUMEROUS GAMES and BOOKS. You will never be bored in our villa. With lots to do and see.

Further details outdoors: We have a Large Extended swimming pool with six berth jacuzzi, South Facing which gets plenty of sun all day long. Not over looked and fully screened for Total Privacy. Pool Security Gate for peace of mind with the children.
Luxury furnishings are provided so you can relax in comfort after a long day out around the parks. Either sunbathe on the extra decking area or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and have fun with all the pool inflatables. In the evening sit and relax with the superb music system creating that special atmosphere to enjoy that relaxing glass of wine.

A most well equipped family size villa There were 11 of us in total. incluing Melanie age 3 and clare 7 months. It was like home from home with cot, High chair children's cutlrey, pool toys, all the children loved the pool and musical toys. Melanie loved the children size pool table. Everything we needed was to hand and we have all had a Fantastic Time!

Excellent villa. Comfortable and spacious. Lots of wildlife - Golden Eagle's. Our son age 7 loved the pool and playstion, our daughter age 12 loved the pool and games room.
