About the home

Our villa ‘Savannah’ is a really lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with its own south facing screened pool and patio area, a beautiful home from home on the Secure & prestigious Highgate Park gated community. Close to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica & all the major theme parks & attractions, including world class shopping, dozens of golf courses & many locals attractions & historical places of interest, the Best of all Worlds. It is equipped with Broadband. WIFI an upgraded cable package including xfinity movies on demand. The Pool is heated by solar panels, so is environmentally friendly.

The single level very spacious accommodation is bright and airy with Cathedral Ceilings and comprises of a large sitting room, separate dining area and open plan fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins and separate bath and shower area. There is a double bedroom with its own en-suite, plus 2 further large twin bedrooms with a shared ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. It is equipped with every possible facility you and your family will need to ensure you have a great time.

Step out on to the extended south screened facing patio, which guarantees sunshine all day and has been extended to provide lots of space extra to play or lay in the sun next to the large pool with room for all, complete with water jets, great fun for the kids, or to have the sound of running water to relax to. The deck has deep cushioned comfortable sun loungers, chairs and a large table for al fresco eating. The pool also has underwater lighting and heating is available should it be required. It also has a thermal cover on a roller for easy use to ensure the pool heat is retained for your pleasure, it really works !.

To help you picture the house, here is a little more detail:

Sitting area is comfortably furnished with both a 3 seater sofa (converts to a double bed) and a 2 seater sofa plus single chair, coffee and side tables and lighting. A large Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD / Blu-Ra player and CD/Radio player.

Kitchen contains large oven, hob and microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. Also kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine and liquidiser and just about anything else you will need including cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses (glass and plastic for around the pool), cooking utensils, linen etc.

All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes with more than enough hanging space. All linen is provided, they also have a TV connected to cable for relaxed viewing.

All bathrooms are supplied with ample bath and hand towels so no need to bring your own.
Utility facilities include a large separate washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, and cleaning equipment. So you can travel light.

We also provide a baby ‘Pac b Play’ (travel cot), a stroller (pushchair) & high chair at no extra cost.
High speed broadband and WIFI are Installed, so please bring your laptop with you, we also provide FREE long distance calling to the USA and Canada.

The cable package offers 100’s of channels including xfinity movies & TV series on demand (Free) & also extensive sports coverage, something for everyone.

We also have an upgraded Cable TV package, which offers 100’s of channels including xfinity movies & TV series on demand (many are Free & no commercial breaks) & also extensive sports coverage & children’s channels, something for everyone.

Further details outdoors:
.A full size Tennis Court & fully equipped Children’s Play Area are both within a minutes’ walk from the house. (No cost).

A shopping mall including restaurants, takeouts, bars a Publix supermarket and Appleby’s restaurant is only a 2 minute ride away. A Wal-Mart superstore, Walgreens, Chilli’s and many other shops and takeouts is also only a 5 minute drive away.

There are many other attractions close by other than the major theme parks including: Air-boating, State Parks, Natural Springs, Mount Dora, Fishing, Canoeing, Daytona (90 minutes), Cypress Gardens, Flights of Fantasy, Bok Sanctuary, Parachuting, Drag Racing etc, etc, etc

Situated in the very centre of the Central Florida Experience; just 15 minutes to Disney, close to Universal Studio’s, Sea World & Aquatica, World class shopping at the many outlets & Malls close by, dozens of golf courses and many locals attractions and historical places of interest, such as Bok Sanctuary & Flights of Fantasy to name only two, the best of all worlds.

The Davenport area

Of course all of the Theme Parks, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild are very nearby, but don't forget Busch Gardens & Cypress Gardens & Gatorland are just a short drive away.

Take a trip to the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral, nearby are Cocoa Beach with its Pier, the Police Hall of Fame & Shooting Range & the Astronauts Hall of Fame to name but a few more.

There are plenty of place of local historic interest too, Bok Sanctuary, Wales Historic Area, Polk City, Arcadia (Arts & Antiques), Flights of Fancy (working) Historic Aircraft Museum, Lake Placid ( Folk Art), Old Kissimmee (Classic Cars), Air Boating, Canoeing, National Parks & 100's of Lakes.. Daytona is only 90 minutes away too...

Lots of Golf Courses close by, if you Love Golf, Florida is for You.

Then there are the Shops & Malls in Orlando...Offering Designer goods at low low prices...

Plenty of low cost airlines available on line, if you need help let me know, same applies to car hire companies. We use & reccommend Carhire 3000 as they always have the best prices.

We are only about 30 minutes from Orlando airport and 75 minutes from Sandford airport.

The description on the front page doesn't do the property justice.

We were very impressed by the villa. It was lovely, ,nicely decorated, clean and well equipped.There was plenty of space with four bedrooms. With carpet in every room it was very cosy. We enyoyed our stay very much and we are still dreaming of it.
The pool with pool toys was great for our 10 year old son. The location is quiet and close to the fun parks.
I was good value for the money, we would definitely recommend it to everyone. If Florida wasn:t so far for us, we would be there every year. Thanks for everything! and greetings from Germany.

What a great place, it is great, in the the right place and secure, great pool and facilities and also easy to find from the road. All th parks are within easy reach, I would recommend this place to everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know we are back from Orlando. We loved the house and had a fantastic time. Our boys loved the pool and having the stroller and pack and play available was a life saver !
