Our Fully refurbished (March 2022) and Florida State Licensed (number DWE6313071) air conditioned Executive Luxury 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom plus Villa is situated 2 miles from the popular hwy US192 close to all the attractions and restaurants, our Villa can sleep 8 plus infant.

Our Villa is Fully Licensed with Florida State Department and the License Number is DWE6313071

Animal Kingdom is a 20 minute drive away, plus all the attractions nearby.

Private heated pool with furniture including sunbeds / chairs / table. The lanai has a covered part so when it gets too hot you can get out of the sun by the pool. This area is also popular with guests for dining outside too.

Games room with free use of Pool Table / Table Tennis Table and Electronic Dartboard; we also provide free WiFi Internet and free local telephone calls.

Our Villa is ideally located, that makes this villa a great and popular place for our Guests.

The Villa also features a Lounge Area with ample seating, occasional tables and entertainment center with 47” LCD TV and Tv's in all bedrooms, with live channels and movie streaming. Plus guests who have their own Hulu and Netflix accounts have the opportunity to sign into their accounts and watch their favourites.

The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, cookware……. everything you will need for a gourmet meal. A Breakfast Bar gives additional seating for a quick 'bite to eat' or morning coffee.

A Formal Dining Area for that quiet evening in, is located just to the front of the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, overlooking the Pool Area, plus the En-suite Bathroom offers access from the pool for added convenience. There is also an additional Queen Room, two Twin Bedrooms (one a disney bedroom and the other a US bedroom) and a Family Bathroom. Beautiful Private Pool, fully screened, furnished for added comfort.

A 20 minute walk to lovely Irish Bar, Top class fish and chip restaurant and bar, lovely Thai restaurant, excellent Chinese takeaway, Applebees restaurant plus others and Publix Supermarket.

Pool heat is optional and costs £13 or $15 per day.

For bookings less than 7 nights there is an exit cleaning charge of £60 UK Sterling or $70 USA Dollars

Interaction with guest

I am always available to respond to any questions guests may have and so is my Property Management Company. It is vitally important to me that my guests have a lovely stay at my Villa and a wonderful holiday which is why I have so many repeat guests returning. The other two bedrooms are twin and each room sleeps 2. One of these bedrooms is a Disney themed bedroom. I also provide a playpen high chair, stroller free of charge for guests use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
