Extra large south facing swimming pool for all day sunshine. Larger extended lanai (pool patio area). The fabulous heated pool backs onto a woodland conservation area so you can sit back and watch the beautiful sunsets and wildlife. Open outlook also provides more privacy than most similar villas.

The rental cost includes free international telephone calls to most countries including UK & Canada. Also, free Broadband internet connection - so bring your laptop! We can also provide a free satellite navigation system (see below).

Highgate Park at Legacy is an exclusive, sought after gated community situated on Highway 27 just under 2 miles west of the junction with the us 192, taking you directly to Disney. There are a variety of excellent golf courses including Champions Gate nearby.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is the Sunshine state with temperatures ranging from 70F to 95F. Orlando's main attraction is Disney and all the associated theme parks. In addition Orlando offers great shopping and top class golfing. It is also a convenient base for visiting Kennedy Space Centre or the Gulf coast. Other attractions in Florida include the Everglades, Miami and the Florida Keys.

From this Florida holiday villa you will find all the attractions that Orlando has to offer within easy reach yet the villa offers a peaceful relaxing setting for your vacation.

There are many great villas to rent in the Orlando/Disney area of Florida. The layout of 'Highgate' villas are similar. Some offer a games room i.e. converted garage with pool/table tennis table etc, we don't. A games room might sound like a good addition, but if you plan on travelling 4000 miles to America's "Sunshine state" to play pool and table tennis in a garage then our Villa is not for you. However, if on the days when you're not out and about and you want a Villa with the biggest pool that gets the sun all day long with the privacy of an open outlook then look no further, a fantastic break from the rat race awaits.

Davenport / Highgate Park area

Highgate Park is located 1.5 miles south of the 192 on Highway 27. It is a quiet suburb that is safe for children but central enough for easy access to all the attractions including restaurants and entertainment. Our home is 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and just an hour from Tampa and the Gulf Coast and the Space Coast.

There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and an excellent Publix and new Wal-Mart supermarket 5 minutes away.

This Florida holiday villa is ideally situated for a day at the beach with the wonderful beaches on the East & West coasts easily accessible, a comfortable drive along the I-4.

How to get there

Fly to Orlando International (30 mins) or Sanford Airport (50 mins).
Highgate Park is a new secure gated community and part of the Legacy Park development located on US Highway 27. It is conveniently located 1.5 miles South of US Highway 192 and is within a 15 minute drive to all the major attractions at Disney.

THE VILLA

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with cathedral ceiling. Double sink with waste disposal, oversized fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob and microwave. The kitchen floor is fully tiled. The washer & dryer are located in a separate utility room.

LIVING ROOM
Two large sofas one of which coverts into a double bed for extra guests and matching armchair. Large dining table with 6 chairs, large TV, internet connection, telephone.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
Furnished with maple furniture, and huge King sized bed. TV with cable. Access to the pool through patio doors as well as large walk in wardrobe and a luxury bathroom that includes garden tub, huge separate shower and his & her vanity basins, with theatre style lighting.

BEDROOM FOUR
Equipped with a Queen size bed, this stylish suite has en-suite bath and shower.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3
Shares an en-suite that has access to both bedrooms via an inner hallway, but separate lockable bath, shower and toilet facilities. Both twin bedded rooms are furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage space.

The entire villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED and in addition there are ceiling fans in the main room, master bedroom and on the covered lanai.

Bath towels and linen provided.

The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has plenty of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade, whilst the extended south facing pool deck and pool ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. Pool can be heated but this is not necessary during peak times. Extra loungers & seats so there's no fight over who gets one! There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required ensuring your peace of mind and their safety around the pool area.

Tennis courts and children's play area are within a two minute walk.

A £200 deposit secures a booking with full payment six weeks before the start of the stay.

SAT NAV DEAL (GPS)
We will supply a Garmin GPS Model C330 for use in your hire car. This will save you money if you planned to hire one with your rental car. We require an £85 deposit, refundable once the system is returned in full working order and within 3 working days of the end of your rental period. You are required to pay the courier shipping charge of £6.75 to send it to your UK address, and return it via insured 1st class post (approx. cost £6). This offer is subject to availability.
