Our privately owned Highlands Reserve home offers everything you would expect from luxury accommodation situated on a premier Golf Course. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a dedicated games room. It is fully air conditioned and will comfortably accommodate 10 people. The pool is south facing, benefitting from the florida sunshine from early in the morning through to the evening, and benefits from the privacy of a conservation outlook.
Imagine yourself relaxing and unwinding by your own private pool, following a hectic day in the theme parks, or maybe heading off to the games room for a game of pool!
The property is taken care of by a local british management company who can supply items such as cots & highchairs if required.
Its location, just a couple of miles from Interstate 4, in South West Orlando means that the journey to and from the airport is very easy, and all of the major attractions are within easy reach. You’ll find the entrance to Walt Disney World Florida, just a 10-15 minute drive away.

DISNEY WORLD - Home to Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney World is just 10 minutes away and is one of the main reasons people come to Florida every year. Walt Disney World has 4 theme parks, and 2 water parks. The Magic Kingdom is probably the most famous of them all, full of fairytale and magic. Epcot is Walt Disney’s dream - an exciting futuristic wonderland where you can stroll around all the countries of the world. MGM is a great place to see how the movies are made and go behind the scene of all your favourite Disney movies. The Animal Kingdom is based on two continents, India and Africa and is full of all the animals you can see there. When its time to slow down and cool down, the water parks "Blizzard Beach" and "Typhoon Lagoon" are great for a fun, if wet, day out.
Disney World also offers excellent shopping and dining experiences at "Downtown Disney" and night life at "Pleasure Island".

Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area
For those golfing enthusiasts, the Highlands Reserve Golf Course is a Par 72—6,700 yd Championship Golf Course designed by Michael Dasher. It features 120 feet of elevation change in a layout that winds through citrus groves and pine trees, overlooking one of Florida’s most picturesque conservation areas. The course has a driving range putting green and practice bunkers, with instruction provided by PGA Professionals if required.
The Berry Town Centre complex is situated adjacent to Highlands Reserve and features a Publix Supermarket, Applebees Restaurant, several take-aways, a bank and a doctors surgeory. Further supermarkets and a Wal Mart Supercentre are located within 2 miles.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of £250.000 will be required on payment of the balance due, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All utilities are included, with the exception of the pool heater, which is an optional extra, at a rate of £12/$23 per day.
Full remittance of payment, including breakages deposit is required 10 weeks prior to your holiday. Prices are inclusive of all taxes, cleaning and Management Company services.
Late booking discounts are available.

Yes indeed we enjoyed ourselves very much and wished that we had booked three weeks. The children had a great time so much so that my 9 year old grand-daughter has not come down from the excitement as yet and cannot stop talking out it. We managed to carry on with the fact they were going to Cyprus until we checked in when the elder 13 year old boy looked at me and said "I think we are going to Florida and you are telling us tales nan". Of course when I admitted that we were we could not stop them going mad, much to the enjoyment of other travellers around us. They are now asking when we are going to take them again! I must say that your home is huge and was very comfortable. Having two sitting rooms is great for adults as you are able to relax at the end of the day and talk about the events of it. I just wanted to write to thank you for the use of your villa. We had a great time, shame we didn't have longer. We didn't have a single problem with the villa and two of the rooms we didn't even touch, saved the maintenance company a bit of work. If we are in a position to return to Florida another year, we would love to stay in the villa again if you are still leasing. Hi Jo Just a note to say thanks for everything and to let you know we had a fantastic holiday. Your house is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there. We’ve done Disney to death with our 14 day Ultimate Hopper tickets! If work goes OK we’d love to go back and do things a little more leisurely on a kind of day-on day-off basis.
