There is a spacious kitchen equipped with 4 range oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants. Dining areas with tables and chairs. Living room area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, television, tables and lamps. 4. Minimum length of stay: stays of less than 5 nights subject to one time clean fee.
5. Deposits and fees: deposit: $250.00 with reservation confirmation. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
6. Taxes: sales and occupancy : 13% ( subject to change ).
7. Refunds and cancellations: up to 30 days prior to arrival: $250. Within 30 days: full reservation.
8. Parking : 2 parking spaces. There is a resort/neighborhood parking restrictions for trucks, campers, boat, etc.
9. Barbecue grills: outdoor grilling is permitted only in designated areas. Grilling on pool deck, or screened porche is prohibited by law.
10. Pool heating and safety: guests acknowledge that lifeguards are not provided. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their children, and their guests. Pools are for the use of property residents and guests only. There is an extra charge for the heating of the pools and must be requested and pre-paid prior to arrival. Pool heat cost is $35 per day with a 5 days minimum charge ).
11. Guest services and attractions tickets are available for sale at our office.
12. Car rental: we also provide car rentals service; from economy size car to the family mini van, at discounted prices. All taxes, surcharges, optional insurance and additional fees are paid by the renter directly to the rental car agency at time of pickup. Please inquire about airport pick up times and location.
