Located in a nice and quiet neighborhoods, and minutes to restaurants and shopping with easy access to all the major highways. The community also has a community pool, tennis courts, play grounds and more. Plus golf courses abound near the villa. The home is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Florida where you'll find the 4 major parks of Disney (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney MGM Studios), plus Disney's water parks, Downtown Disney and so much more. Sea World is only about 15 minutes and Universal Studios is close also. Golf courses are abundant around our villa and there are lots of shopping places, groceries and more. Both coasts are about an hour away for beach fun. And don't forget NASA Space centre. This home comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom is extremly spacious with a Queen sized bed with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The second master comes with a full bed and a spacious walk in closets. The remaing two bedrooms consist of twin bedding, making this home accommodate 10 people. The fully furnished kitchen comes with everything you need for having a night in with a home cooked meal or ordering Take Away. The private screened in pool is great for those nights of relaxing after a long day at the parks.

10. BARBECUE GRILLS: Outdoor grilling is permitted only in designated areas. Grilling on pool decks, balconies, or screened porches is prohibited by law.
12. POOL HEATING AND SAFETY: Guests acknowledge that lifeguards are not provided. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their children, and their guests. Pools are for the use of property residents and guests only. There is an extra charge for the heating of the pools and MUST be requested and pre-paid prior to arrival. Pool heat cost is $35 per day with a 5 days minimum charge ).
13. GUEST SERVICES AND ATTRACTIONS TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT OUR OFFICE.
14. CAR RENTAL: We also provide car rentals service; from economy size car to the family mini van, at discounted prices. All taxes, surcharges, optional insurance and additional fees are paid by the renter directly to the rental car agency at time of pickup. Please inquire about airport pick up times and location.
