Large comfy sofas to relax on, full sized dining table to entertain on and breakfast bar and table to snack on. The facilities we provide should satisfy even the most demanding family with DVD player 2 TVs video and stereo system. In the kitchen we have all extras you would like with popcorn maker, toaster, microwave and icemaker. There is a kid bedroom with pencil beds and Disney pictures. The family bathroom is decorated for the kids with a funny fish theme. The master bedroom has a huge bed which you can get lost in! There is a good size walk-in closet that will swallow all your suitcases with enough hanging space for a small army. The en-suite in the master has a shower large enough to wash a small elephant! The bath in the master is a garden tub big enough to swim lengths in! The other two rooms have twin beds. The pool is south facing so it maximizes your tanning time. The pool is not overlooked so you can put on your comfiest swimming costume and live in it without worrying about what you look like after having a hard day in the parks. The division has a large communal pool if you want to show off your swimming techniques to the neighbors. The floodlit tennis court will help you burn off some of the calories from all the popcorn and hotdogs you've eaten in the parks. For golfers Champions Gate is only one junction up the I4, which not only offers 2 championship courses but also has a huge Publix supermarket for all you essential provisions.

10. BARBECUE GRILLS: Outdoor grilling is permitted only in designated areas. Grilling on pool decks, balconies, or screened porches is prohibited by law.
12. POOL HEATING AND SAFETY: Guests acknowledge that lifeguards are not provided. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their children, and their guests. Pools are for the use of property residents and guests only. There is an extra charge for the heating of the pools and MUST be requested and pre-paid prior to arrival. Pool heat cost is $35 per day with a 5 days minimum charge ).
13. GUEST SERVICES AND ATTRACTIONS TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT OUR OFFICE.
14. CAR RENTAL: We also provide car rentals service; from economy size car to the family mini van, at discounted prices. All taxes, surcharges, optional insurance and additional fees are paid by the renter directly to the rental car agency at time of pickup. Please inquire about airport pick up times and location.
