This 5 bedroom villa with private screened pool and spa. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192, enable you to reach all the major tourist attractions the area has to offer, whilst still within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles to the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
You will sooon be able to enjoy gated access, with on-site facilities including a clubhouse, health spa, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, internet café, concierge desk, games room, coffee shop, cinema, along with children’s play area, tennis courts, and water feature which are all currently under construction.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is open plan and combines with a dining room which seats 8. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc The family room has comfortable leather seating, and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. It has direct access onto the deck and swimming pool. There is a 42”Plasma TV with cable available for viewing, along with a stereo player, so bring your own favourite CDs. There is also a Playstation 2.
There are very comfortable leather sofas around the sitting room, and a central seating area of leather armchairs, along with coffee table and end tables
There are two impressively large master-bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool on the ground floor and has direct access onto the pool deck, and the other is on the first floor with views over the pool and the conservation area. Both master-suites have walk-in closets, night-tables, lamps, and clock radios . There is Cable TV and DVD player in the downstairs master, and Cable TV in the upstairs master. Both En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity units with hairdryers.
A further comfortable double room is located on the ground floor, which has ample closet space, nightstand, chest, lamp and clock radio and TV. It is next to the house-bathroom. Each of the twins on the first floor has two single beds, chest, nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes with plenty of space, and Cable TV. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower and hairdryers
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, and there are ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and also included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.
Further details outdoors: The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is 24’ x 12’ and can be heated when required, along with a waterfall spa. There is an integral arbour for added relaxation space. There is a child-safe pool guard. The open aspect over the conservation area is beautiful and offers privacy to guests.
There is a Games Room which is tiled throughout and has independent air-conditioning for comfort. There is an 8’ slate pool table with full accessories, and a semi-pro twin motored air-hockey table, an electronic Darts Board (with safety darts) which heckles bad playing! So you had better be good. There is a café table and high-chairs, and a boom box for CDs or radio.
Conditions
25% deposit require within 14 days of booking. Full balance payable 6 weeks before date of travel.
