The Lambert Palms is luxury vacation villa located on the prestigious gated community known as Highgate Park. The villa sleeps up to 12 people with all rooms furnished to a high standard. Highgate Park is situated about ten minutes drive from the Disney Theme Parks with good road links to Orlando and all the other attractions,shopping malls and retail outlets. A number of golf courses including the renowned Champions Gate Golf Resort are nearby. The beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts are within easy reach of the villa
The villa provides nearly 3,000 sq.ft. of fully air conditioned spacious and comfortable living accommodation. The extended rear decked area which is not overlooked and has no rear neighbours is ideal for al-fresco dining and leads to the private pool and spa pool.
The games room with its basket ball, net, air hockey table, pool table and other facilities is the ideal area for the children to unwind on an evening.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is known as the Sunshine State and enjoys virtually year round sun and a superb climate. The highways are easy to travel on and from the villa you have excellent access to all the major attractions and destinations in the area.
The various Disney Theme and water parks are close to the villa with Seaworld, Universal Studios and Universal Drive,Orlando about 30 minutes away. Travelling further afield Tempa, Busch Gardens and Daytona which is famous for its race circuit and drive on beaches are about an hours drive away.
The area is a shoppers paradise with the many shopping malls and trade outlets offering a wide range of clothing, sportswear and sports shoes, electrical items and gifts at discount rates.
The list of things to do is endless and what better way then after a busy day to return to the villa for a swim and to relax in readiness for the next day.
Davenport / Highgate Park area
Highgate Park is a private residential area situated on US Highway 27 heading North towards Clermont near the junction with the 192 and about 10 minutes drive from the main interstate through Florida known as the I 4.
Highgate Park forms part of the Legacy Park development which was constructed approximately 4 years ago. In close proximity to the villa there are a number of Wallmart and Publix Supermarkets, retail outlets, dvd rental store along with a range of take-a-ways, bars and restaurants.
How to get there
Lambert Palms is situated only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and about a 1 hour ten minutes drive from Sanford Airport. Both airports provide direct access to the free ways and lead directly to the villa. Detailed directions will be provided prior to departure.

Further details indoors: When you first arrive at Lambert Palms and drive onto the private drive you will be impressed by the style and appearance of the property. As you walk up the path and open the bespoke glazed entrance door you walk into an open hallway with its vaulted ceiling and stairs leading to the first floor accommodation.
From the hallway is situated a quiet relaxing family area which leads to the fully furnished formal dining area.The hallway also leads to the rear of the villa and opens out into the main kitchen,family dining room and lounge area.
The lounge has sliding doors which lead you to the Lanai with ceiling mounted fan and extended sun deck.This provides an ideal area for relaxing on the sun beds or for dining Al-fresco style.
The large pool and raised spa are situated from this decked area at the rear of the villa and overlooked a private grassed area.The pool captures the sun all day long with the covered Lanai providing a shady area in which to retreat or an area to just to relax in.
Off the Lanai is located a separate bathroom and external shower. All internal areas are fully air conditioned and have free WI FI computer access.
Forming part of the ground floor accommodation is a double bedroom with sliding doors leading to the poolside. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a fully fitted out family bathroom. Leading off from the lounge is a further toilet, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The games room which is positioned to the front of the property has a pool table, air hockey table, basket ball ring, dart board and a range of inflatables for use within the pool.
On the first floor the main galleried landing overlooks the lounge and pool whilst providing access to the Master Bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. The nook off the gallery has a chaise lounge seat which provides the ideal area in which to work on your computer, read a book or just relax.
The large master bedroom has an American king-sized bed, separate dressing rooms and en-suite facilities with a large walk in shower and his/hes wash hand basins.The two remaining bedrooms one of which has a Disney theme have twin beds in each with a fully fitted bathroom located between them. The majority of bedrooms have televisions installed.
With all these home comforts provided Lambert Palms is your ideal vacation home for that holiday experience you will not forget for all the right reasons.
Further details outdoors: The extended decked has a security fence provided to the pool which opens up to provide access to the pool and spa.
The property will be fully cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. All linen and towels are included within your rental of the villa.
A barbecue can be provided for the duration of your stay for a nominal charge if required.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with your final payment. This will be refunded back to you as soon as our local management company confirm that the property has been returned in an acceptable condition.
A deposit of £200 is required with the completed booking form.Confirmation of your booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of your deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the full rental amount due.
There is no smoking permitted within the villa although it is permitted on the external areas.
Full directions, gate and door entry codes will be provided two weeks prior to departure.

The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11pm on the day of departure.
