St Orlando Springs is our beautiful newly built holiday home, it is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park which is only 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, and with several golf courses including the renowned Champions gate Golf Resort nearby, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coast with their beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach.

With nearly 3,000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and it is beautifully furnished and offers spacious and comfortable living accommodation, it can sleep up to 12 people (Great for family Groups), Downstairs there is a fully equipped Kitchen which includes a luxury ice/water dispensing fridge/freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and several other appliances a breakfast bar with stools and a beautiful dining area for 6 people.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida, known as the Sunshine State is perfect for holidays all year round. There is so much to do and see that this is surely one place where you will want to return.

Our home is close to the I-4 on the US27 south of the 192. Champions gate and Reunion golf courses are within a 10 minute drive away. There are dozens of other courses such as Highlands Reserve and Mystic Dunes which are around 5 minutes away. Disney is a 15 minute drive and Seaworld and Universal studios are 20-25 minutes away not forgetting how close you are to either the Gulf or the Atlantic coasts.

Florida offers visitors a huge array of options in terms of things to do and places to visit with far more than just theme parks. Central Florida area is not only a golfer's paradise or shopaholic's dream, it has activities to satisfy the needs of any age-group. With a superb, all year round climate no wonder it is the number 1 location for repeat visits!

Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory outlets within a 20 Minute drive.

More immediate needs are very well catered for by a quality Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart store very close by as well as many Restaurants and Take aways.

We are only 30 Minutes away from Orlando Internatinal airport and 1hr 10 minutes away from Sanford airport.

The Family room has a bright and airy feel due to the cathedral ceiling This room houses the entertainment centre which offers a cable TV, DVD,CD player and a Play Station 2 System complete with games!

Sliding doors leads you to the Lanai with a ceiling fan and extended Sun deck where you can relax or dine poolside on the deck furniture and listen to the waters from the raised Spa cascading into the pool. It captures the sun all day long, but it also has a large shady lanai for those who want to keep cool, a perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation. There is also a pool side bathroom with shower and towels for your convenience.

The Queen sized bedroom has cable TV with views and access to the Lanai. There is one Twin bedroom downstairs complete with TV and a Jack And Jill bathroom.

There is an exquisite living room to the front of the house where a quiet relaxing time can be spent. Also Downstairs consists of separate laundry facilities with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, Just beyond the utility room there is a game’s room with a professional Pool table and dart’s board.

Upstairs the Master bedroom has an American King-size bed, 19”TV with cable, the en-suite bathroom has his and hers basins, a huge shower and a large oval tub with separate WC and walk in closet. The galleried landing leads to two twin bedrooms both with cable TV between them there is a further bathroom.

With all these comforts of home “St Orlando Springs” is the ideal place to return to at the end of a long day in Disney World or one of the other many attractions that this area has to offer.
