The private pool deck is southfacing so is sunny all day long and has ample furniture for you to relax and eat around the pool Our pool deck is very private - not overlooked - which is very rare!

There are numerous supermarkets (including Walmart), takeaways and gas stations within minutes of the villa

Hampton Lakes has a beautiful communal pool area and tennis courts as well as pleasant landscaping and lakes

You can reach beaches on both coasts of Florida within a one and a half hour drive - the closest is bustling Daytona Beach approximately 1 hour away or spoil yourselves with a day on a Gulf Coast beach...white sand and turquoise sea in about an hour and a half

The theme parks of the Disney Area are 10-15 minutes drive away

The fourth bedroom is a triple bunk room which connects to the master suite, so it is ideal for a family with young children. However, it can be locked-off from the master suite and accessed from the hallway if needed.

We welcome smokers but permit smoking on the pool deck only

If theme parks aren't your thing, or you haven't got the energy to do one everyday, you can choose from beaches, world class shopping, restaurants, watersports, waterparks, golf, tennis, boating, visiting wildlife parks, airboat rides, hot air ballooning.......we could go on forever

Or you could even choose to have a relaxing day in the sun,around the pool - not a bad way to spend a lazy day.

The Davenport / Hampton Lakes area

Davenport is just 10-15 minutes from the main Disney Parks so it is a far more relaxing place to be based than in the hotels of International Drive

Hampton Lakes is a prestigious development with tennis courts and a communal pool area, the public areas and lakes are beautifully landscaped.
