The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is called the sunshine state due to the year round warm climate! It enjoys approximately 300 days of sunshine. Being a tropical climate the summer temperatures rise to 100 degrees.Even during the winter months the day time temperature will seldom be below 55 and can get as high as 80 degrees.
There are so many attractions in and around Orlando which will suit every age and interest and understandably you will not see them all in one visit. These include Walt Disney World, Sea world, Magic Kingdom, swimming, helicopter & bi plane rides & hot air balloon flights, over 100 professionally designed golf courses, dining and entertainment shows, shopping malls, and over 100 factory stores where the excellent exchange rate will ensure you can purchase many bargains.
You will be able to visit Lake County, which is close by, and experience dining on a boat while cruising the lakes or visit the local winery and taste the local produce. Also the Lake Louisa National Park is close by.
Davenport / Grand Reserve area
Grand Reserve is a unique gated community in that all the properties are spaced out and the majority of homes have lake or conservation views. Unlike other sub-division the pools do not back onto each other. You will be only minutes away from the Interstate 4 Highway ( I 4)which will enable you to travel to all the attractions in no time. Also the I 4 can get you to the East or West coasts ( Cocoa Beach & Clearwater) within the hour.
How to get there
Grand Reserve is 30 miles, about a 30 minute drive, from Orlando International Airport. Many schedule airlines use this airport. For example Virgin Atlantic, BA & Luthansa. Orlando Sanford International Airport is 54 miles, about an hours drive, to Grand Reserve. This airport facilitates only Charter Flights and air travel from the UK can be purchased cheaper than the schedule flights.
Car Rental is available at both airports.

Conditions
Smoking is only allowed on the patio/lanai area of the pool deck. A security deposit of $500 is required in the event of any damage to the property. This is facilitated by the guest signing a credit card authorization form. On booking a $300 non-returnable deposit is required.
