Our privately owned luxury villa is ideally located for all that Florida has to offer, only 15mins to Disney close to the 192 Kissimmee. Our villa is just 2 mins from Champions gate and its world famous golf course, suitable for all levels of play. Our home offers over 2500 sq ft of comfortable living space, 4 bedrooms with 2 being master bedrooms, a twin room and a children's bedroom with double bunk beds.
A luxury 40' x 10' patio area for complete relaxation and sunbathing, sole use of our spa and 30' x 12'6 swimming pool. Our interior is second to none with only the most luxurious of furnishings in our living room and family lounge areas, dining room and breakfast rooms, fully equipped kitchen and utility rooms. Loft area ideal for those enjoying playstation games, all of which are supplied for your use. We have for the enjoyment of our guests a supply of board games, books etc.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Bella Toscana is located on the Ronald Regan Parkway which is directly off of the US27. Which will easily give you access to the 192. 2 Mins from Champions gate which also gives you access to the 192 via the Lake wilson road. 3 mins to the I4 main interstate road.
Our home is within 2 mins of main shops, restaurants, facilities. Accessable to champions gate facilities - Publix supermarket, Nail salons, Mcdonalds, restaurants etc.
Champions Gate also offers one of the most prestigious golf courses. Suitable for all abilities. 15mins to Disney 20mins to Seaworld 30 mins to Cypress Gardens 30mins to Universal Studios 55mins to Bush Gardens
Davenport / Bella Toscana area
Davenport is one of the most popular places to stay. Easily accessable with all main routes. A golfers paradise with so many golf courses to choose from you will need to keep coming back to be able to play them all. Many types of restaurants and fast food outlets within easy reach of our home. Within easy reach of Florida's famous shopping outlets.
How to get there
There are 2 main airports which you can use for orlando. The first being Orlando Internation airport, the main airlines to use this is Virgin and British Airways they offer direct flights. Some USA airlines can offer in direct flights to this airport.
Sanford International is used by many chartered airlines including: XL airways, First Choice, Thomas Cook, to name but a few.
It is always advisable to include a rental car in your booking, The most commonly offered are Dollar and Alamo, which are usually located within the airports.
Our villa is located 35 minutes from Orlando international and 55 minutes from Sanford. A map is supplied for your ease.
