The Villa is situated on Highway 27, in the Tuscan Hills Gated Community. Why not treat you and your family to a holiday of a lifetime in luxurious accommodation. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms two of which are master suites one boasts a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities. The second master has a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities also. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds one of which is called The Disney Showcase. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom on the adjoining landing area. The remainder of the facilities are a large living room, A full dining suite in the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a ground floor cloak room, its very own games room & garage.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Located on the US 27 with shops & restaurants to hand, around 120 golf courses are also close by. Applebies Restaurant, a Chinese Restaurant & Publix are about 1/2 a mile south of the villa. North of the villa is a 24hr Walmart about 5minutes drive away
Davenport / Tuscan Hills area
Why not visit Dolly Parton's dixie stampede or arabian nights diner shows for an evening's entertainment & dining experience, also Gatorland, wet & wild & bush gardens are a welcome treat, Cocoa beach is just 50 minutes away, Clearwater beach is around 90 minutes drive, hot air balloon & helicopter rides are near by
How to get there
The advantage of the Villa is its location, you are only 15 minutes from Disney theme parks and 25 minutes from all other major tourist attractions including Universal studios. All of which should be on everybody’s “To Do” list, young and old alike. Even the golf enthusiasts are catered for with Championship courses on hand. To round off the day, the Villa boasts its own full sized swimming pool (13ft x 26 ft) for you to relax in after a fun day at the parks or why not sample the local restaurants fayre.

The upstairs consists of a 2 nd master bedroom with queen size bed, tv/dvd player, walk-in closet & an en-suite bathroom, the third bedroom is also known as the Disney showcase: this consists of a selection of original disney lithographs from some of disney's best known films, twin beds tv/dvd player & walk-in closet, the fourth bedroom hosts twin beds tv/dvd player, walk-in closet & a full size cot. Further details outdoors: The front of the villa is well lit & offers parking for two cars. To the rear is a private pool area that is not over looked, sun loungers are provided for the sun lovers to catch the rays, the pool is surrounded by a safety gate to keep the younger guests safe, an outdoor dining suite for al fresco dining, on those warm florida evenings. On site, you will find a club house that is open from 0800hrs to 2100hrs, it is equipped with a small but neat gym, games room, internet connection room, so take your laptops to keep in touch with the family back home. A meeting /greeting area. To the rear of the club house are tennis courts, volley ball courts, a tots play area & palm garden

Just 10 minutes away from the entrance gates of Disney World & around 20/25 minutes from Seaworld & Universal theme parks. It is a great base, with shops & restaurants to hand. Walmart is 1 mile North of the villa & Publix just 1/4 of a mile south. Champions Gate Golf Course is 12 minutes away & Polo Park Golf Courses about 1//2 a mile north of the villa.
Conditions
Strictly no pets allowed, no smoking inside the villa, however you can smoke outside by the pool if you wish, but please be careful when extinguishing cigarettes/cigars.

8 Big Kids had lots of fun, the pool was fab & the games room out of this world to keep the kids quite!!! Feb 2006 We Are sad to see it end the grand kids have enjoyed the pool & games room. Thanks you for the up grade, we really enjoyed the games room. We loved our time at the Lilly Pad it was a relaxing week, if we come back we will defiantly stay in The Villa again thanks for everything this was the best week ever!

We Had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo we were a little concerned booking via the internet. We were relieved & Ecstatic to see this luxury home we would have for two weeks. The pool was a welcome site after a long day at Disney. We would recommend this Villa to our Friends. Thank you for a beautiful home.

Had a wonderful time here at the Florida Lilly Pad, what a base to operate from. Always a pleasure to return back in the evenings to recharge for the next adventure.
