Beautiful new spacious family sized 2 bed townhouse,located on the legacy park estates at davenport,the house is fully air conditioned. Master bedroom has large en suite with walk in shower,king size bed and large walk in wardrobe .Bedroom 2 has a good size en suite with shower an bath,2 single beds and a walk in wardrobe. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs is all open plan with a lovely kitchen area with all the mod cons. including dishwasher,washing machine and dryer,120 channel digital cable with on demand service which includes 1000,s of free movies and tv shows at a touch of a button for those nights when you just want to chill after a long day at the parks also high speed cable wi fi internet so pack your lap top,There is a lovely large resort style communal pool and hot tub. Disney world is ten minutes drive away and is close to many golf courses. Absolute bargain at £250 per week all in no hidden charges take advantage of these rates while you can.

Orlando is a great place to visit all year round with its warm climate and of course disney world it has three great water parks with a big new one opening in april 2008 to rival the rest,there is plenty of things to do day and night to much to mention also there is hundreds of places to eat if you fancy eating out you will be spoilt for choice.Florida has two coasts the east and west both with great beaches which are easy to get to from the lagacy park estates there is also many fantastic golf courses in the area. And not forgetting disneyworld,seaworld,busch gardens.mini golf,downtown disney,universal studios,all the water parks. to much to mention.

In the immediate area there is a walmart supercentre,a publix supermarket,bars,shops and plenty of restaurants,fishing,jet ski,water ski and much more.

From the airport head for the the highway 192 at kissimee, head west keeping on the 192 to where it merges on to the U.S 27 at davenport ,heading south on the 27 for 1 mile and the house is located on the right on the lagacy parks estate.
