This is a huge 3,600 Sqft+ Home and had been furnished to an exceptionally high level of luxurious fittings, furniture, bedding and everything you could require and more from a beautiful home. You can see from the pictures the quality of furnishings, bedding, linen and right through the home is exceptional and well in excess of what is expected in a holiday home rental.
A striking difference between this home and any other Vacation/Holiday home we have seen is the accent painted walls, in every room we have applied a colour to some walls and then expertly furnished and dressed every room to match the colour scheme, providing a beautiful colourful warm family home in contrast to the usual white wash walls you would expect.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Location Located just off Hwy 17-92 which is just off I-4, located on the exclusive Aviana resort in Davenport, a beautiful conservation based gated and security manned development., conveniently located just 15 mins from the Orlando attractions including Disney, Universal and of course in Late 2009 “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter”...............Stay in touch. The first thing you notice when you drive onto the development is the beautiful grounds and lake that surround the dedicated 6,500 sq ft clubhouse which has a large resort Pool overlooking the lake. This Clubhouse also provides many facilities including Cyber Cafe, Splash area, Volleyball, Arcade, Tot Lot and many more items. As you pass the Clubhouse you notice the quality of the grounds and numerous trees and shrubs that have been landscaped into all of the road sides and grounds providing a beautiful environment and a resort of a much higher quality than expected on a typical holiday / vacation destination when renting a villa in Florida. We own two homes of identical layout and quality next-door to each other, providing 10 bedrooms jointly for those large family holiday vacations!

The Sofa in this room is a sleeper sofa and so allows the option of a further bed if the 5 double rooms weren’t sufficient. All with matching cushions, tables and dressings.

Elegant dining table and chairs to seat 6, all with matching napkins, napkin rings and placemats and wonderful table display, so good you won’t want to move it to eat!

A wonderful high quality kitchen finished in the finest materials and fitted with high quality appliances including 19 Cf refrigerator with Ice Maker, Large Pantry, Large Self Cleaning Range cooker and built in space saver microwave, multi cycle dishwasher, disposal unit and large stainless double sink with useful Faucet spray.
The Kitchen is also complimented with just about every device and utensil you could ever need including, Kettle, 4 slice toaster, Blender, Mixer, Coffee maker, Iron, Can Opener and all manner of Dishes, Trays, Glasses, Mugs, Plates etc you could ever need we have a list of items if needed.

2nd Floor Disney Twin
This beautiful room follows the Disney magic throughout with black and red bedding on both of the single beds along with Disney Characters awaiting your visit.
There is also matching Disney, photos, pictures and sketches around the room along with beautiful wall hangings and high quality bedding and furnishings.
This room shares a bathroom with the “Everglades Room”
2nd Floor Everglades Twin
As with the “Disney Room” the theme is throughout with Everglades and Tropical feel from the bedding through to the photos and walls hangings providing a lovely tranquil feel to the room, as with the entire house the high quality bedding and furnishings can be expected also.
This room shares a bathroom with the “Disney Room”
Further details outdoors: Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi Spa
Pool with lighting and has a Jacuzzi (spa) attached. There is a child safety fence around the pool which must be used when children are in occupancy (under US Law). There are loungers by the pool and a dining table and chairs.
We have extended the decking to give extra space for dining and sunbathing. There is a covered (lanai) area so you can enjoy the shade. The pool can be heated for an extra $25 per day. This is recommended from November to March.
The pool is west facing so enjoys the sun all day until late afternoon and has beautiful conservation views enabling you to enjoy the Pool, Spa and sunbathing without being overlooked which is the case with many Florida homes. Just lay back enjoy the beautiful Spa, the glorious Sunshine and the conservation, lake and wildlife views.
Garage / Games Room
The large double garage has been fitted out with a brand new Pool Table and Air Hockey Table we have also upgraded the lighting in the garage and provided themed table and chairs and some wall decorations to make it a home from home. The Kids will love it!

High Quality Industrial size washing machine and tumble dryer and Iron c/w ironing board
Home Cinema/ entertainments
There is a professionally installed home cinema which has a 52" Widescreen HDTV w/ Digital Tuner. There is a comprehensive cable TV package also provided.

Free broadband use is provided with a wireless router installed.
There are telephones in the home which have free call facilities In addition we have installed our free long distance service and gives guests free calls to anywhere in the USA and 40 International destinations.
