My property is located on the Regal Palms Resort which is a walled and gated community offering superb on-site leisure facilities, including the club house with bar and restaurant. There is a gym, spa and health and beauty centre. The private grounds include a large tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls and waterslide. Situated near to the 18 hole par 72 Highland Reserve Golf course there is something for everbody!
My fully furnished and equipped townhouse has over 1300 sq ft for your enjoyment. If it's sun, fun, shopping or golf my property is perfectly suited to meet all of your holiday needs. Ideally located for Walt Disney World Resort, with Seaworld, Universal and the other major Orlando attractions just a short drive away everything you need for a fantastic vacation is at hand.
There are nearby bars, restaurants and a upermarket at BerryTown just half a mile away. If that's too far chill out at the Regal Palms Resort and make use of their excellent amenities (small fee payable to Resort). Theres even a daily shuttle bus to some of the bigger theme park attractions. The clubhouse reception is open 24 hours daily and can help with any query.

Davenport / Regal Palms area
Orlando is home to some of the best theme park attractions in the world. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Wet & Wild. There are numerous golf courses to play and some excellent shopping malls-some expensive and others offering value for money. The coast is an hour's drive away (approx) either the Atlantic or the Gulf Coast with beautiful beaches. The Kennedy Space Centre is well within driving range as is Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay-both well worth visiting.
How to get there
Various airlines service Orlando International and Sanford Airports in Florida- Virgin, Thomas Cook, Travel City. Car hire is available on-line and can often be booked when flights are arranged. The accommodation is 33 miles from Orlando International. A variety of vehicles are available to suit budget and family/group size. Ask for sat nav as an additional extra - this will save you time and effort! Get quarters (25 cent coins) on arrival- some roads have tolls.

Guests must vacate the property by 10.00 am on departure day. An additional fee is charged by the Resort if a late departure is required. All guests must check-in at 4.00pm on day of arrival. A booking reference number is required. This will be sent when final/full payment is made. The resort charges $10.00 USD per household (regardless of number of guests) per day if you want to make use of it's exclusive facilities.
