Built in July 2004, the villa is a luxuriously appointed, executive family home which is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards of comfort and design. Located in the prestigious Calabay Parc community, 5 minutes from the nearest golf course and 15 minutes from Disney, this is the perfect location, whatever your vacation requirements.
Villa Augusta has the advantage of a private 40' by 21' non-overlooked, extended and screened pool deck, with a 6' jacuzzi that waterfalls into an oversize pool.
At the front of the property there is a light and airy dining area which has adequate seating for up to 8 adults, leading into a fully fitted kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, countertop appliances and a spacious pantry. Situated at the rear of the villa, and overlooking the pool deck area, the fully furnished family room includes a 27" cable TV, DVD, radio/CD, Playstation 2 plus a selection of books, games and DVD's.
The king-size master suite overlooks the pool and includes cable TV and a DVD player. The large cultured marble en-suite has both bath and separate shower cubicle. The queen-size master suite also has cable TV and the en-suite bathroom has separate and direct access to the pool deck area.
The two themed twin-bedded rooms both have cable TV and the additional family bathroom is situated opposite these bedrooms.

Situated just to the rear of the villa is the resort recreational area, which includes a volleyball court, children's adventure playground and a summer house.
