Welcome to DizneyVista Villa! our luxurious 5-bedroom two-storey vacation home, which contains approx 3000 square foot of accommodation and sleeps up to 11 people. For those seeking privacy our home away from home is the sensible alternative to hotels and it will allow you to holiday in central Florida without compromising your living standards.

Our home is located in a gated community on Florence Villa Grove Road, near where Hwys 27 and 192 meet. Walt Disney World is a mere 12 minutes drive away yet our home is nestled in the peaceful and tranquil setting of the gentle orange grove foothills of the Florida Highlands.

The bay window of the master bedroom overlooking the pool affords magnificent night-time views of the Disney area skyline, including the nightly fireworks from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Our fully air-conditioned vacation home is maintained to an impeccable standard and is ideally suited for two families sharing as it contains two master suite bedrooms (both with king size beds and TVs with cable), a junior suite bedroom with 2 twin beds (and TV with cable), a double bedroom with a queen bed (and smart TV with cable) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (and smart TV with cable) located downstairs with a bathroom across the hallway. The double doors leading out from the house to the pool & deck area are alarmed.

We are registered and insured for rental purposes and our home conforms to all the relevant safety and security regulations. This includes pool alarm, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool/spa heating is not included but is available as an optional extra. The cost per day for this option $25 or $150 per week.

For the added safety and security of guests there are 4 no CCTV cameras installed around the front perimeter of the home. These cameras monitor and record only the areas that can be seen from the public roadway (front door, front driveway and a/c equipment).

There are no other cameras or recording equipment installed in any of the private areas, either outside or inside the house.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review although it does appear to be out of line with all my other positive reviews.However, your feedback is still greatly appreciated as it helps me to ensure that minor things which might have been missed are taken care of for future guests. It's a pity you didn't let my manager know about the broken shower handle and blind while you were there as maintenance could easily have taken care of these minor issues for you straight away. In any case, these items were noticed and repaired immediately after your departure. I also note that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the house, again contrary to the opinion of the majority of my other guests, but perhaps your opinion on this was influenced by your reluctance to pay for this service due to the short length of your stay, despite my listing clearly stating that stays less than 7 nights are required to pay for cleaning. However, I have passed your comments on to my manager and have asked her to discuss this to the cleaning staff.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aidan (the owner) a message.

If Aidan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
