Then look no further!

After a busy day at the theme parks let the children play in our beautiful tropical pool complex while you relax, catch some sun and chill out!!

The prestigious 4* rated Regal Palms Resort and Spa is a private resort which features a 2.5 acre tropical pool with 2 heated pools a lazy river, waterslide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, outdoor hot tub, volleyball court, movie & popcorn nights in the pool, swimming until 11p.m. tikki bar around the pool and much more.
A gated community with 24 hour reception just 8 miles from Disney World.

Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is ideally situated in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes walk from the reception/clubhouse. It is fully equipped with all the usual home comforts to make your stay as pleasurable and stress free as possible.

The Master bedroom, located upstairs, has a brand new kingsize bed, en suite with a large bath and shower, balcony with table/chairs, flat screen cable t.v., room safe and walk in wardrobe.

The second Master bedroom is located downstairs, having a brand new queensize bed, en suite with shower, large wardrobe and flat screen, cable t.v.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located upstairs with brand new, twin single beds in each room, walk in wardrobes and they share the third bathroom, both rooms also have flat screen, cable t.v.

Our spacious, open plan living/dining room has patio doors leading to landscaped gardens, 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed) flat screen, cable t.v, dvd player, telephone and dining table with seating for 6 people.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the usual white goods and a small table/chairs for eating your snacks. Located off the hall is a cloakroom.

Our home is fully air conditioned with additional room fans for your comfort. A brick paved driveway for parking 2 cars is situated at the front of the house with lawned areas surrounding our home and a bench for you to sit, chil out with a cold beer .

The private grounds at Regal Palms Resort feature an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazyriver, waterslide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, large outdoor hot tub, volleyball court, movie nights in the pool, tikki bar around the pool and children's play area.

On site we have a shop selling ice creams, drinks and gifts.

Located within the clubhouse is the 24 hour reception and guest services. Beyond the reception is a casual dining restaurant/bar, we have a sports bar showing live sporting events on large screen t.v.s, a business centre with internet access and a games room.

For those wanting to keep fit we have a state of the art fully equipped gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. If its a little pampering you need then look no further than our Spa, with various treatments available.

Adjacent to the resort is the Championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. A few minutes walk from the resort is Berry Town Centre which has a large Publix supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant aswell as various other food outlets. A 10 minute drive away is another shopping centre with a large Walmart superstore.

All towels both around the pool complex and our home are provided.

All the major theme parks are just a short drive away such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove to name just a few.

For the golfers amongst us, you will find Regal Palms Resort the ideal base with a large selection of golf courses on your door step.

Everyone needs to eat and Regal Palms Resort is located within easy reach of all the most popular takeaways and restaurants in the area (and dont forget Regal Palms also has its own casual dining restaurant, give it a try one day!)

Complimentary daily newspapers are also available from reception. All towels both in our home and around the pool are also provided.

However, dont forget if you feel like a rest from the theme parks, shopping or any of the many tourist attractions available, you have access to all of the facilities at Regal Palms Resort and Spa, make use of them!!!

There are plenty of airlines flying into Florida everyday and having the choice of three different airports within easy reach of Regal Palms Resort, all you need to do is book your flight.

Virgin offer direct flights daily to Orlando International Airport and then Regal Palms Resort is only 35 minutes drive away. There are plenty of car hire companies to choose from such as Dollar, Avis and Alamo. Check with your travel agent when booking your flight if they have any fly drive deals.

Once you have landed you can collect your car and then your holiday can start. Directions taking you directly to the resort are provided where you check-in at reception.

A 20% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made either via paypal, cheque and internet banking.

Prices in dollars upon request. All prices DO INCLUDE Florida state tax. Daily rates available upon request as are extended stay rates.

Credit card details will be required when checking in as security against any damages that may occur during you stay. A $10 resort fee, per house per day, is payable to the management (not me) when checking in at reception. This provides you with temporary membership for the resorts facilities.

A cleaning charge of $75 is applicable on any bookings less than 5 nights.

Check in is from 4pm, check out is before 11am.
