Newly completed in 2007, these spacious & modern town homes are situated on the Towns of Legacy Park. It is ideally located on the US 27 between I-4 and 192 in Davenport, less than 7 miles to Walt Disney World, Legacy Park provides easy access to all the main attractions being just minutes from shops, restaurants and many nearby golf courses. It is also within an hour's drive of both the east and west coasts.
The townhomes are attractively architecturally designed and have ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and all wet areas with luxurious carperting throughout the rest of the property.
These tastefully decorated homes have all the facilities to make your stay in Florida exceptional. Fully air-conditioned throughout with clean linen and towels provided before arrival. There is a large communal swimming pool and spa as well as ample sunbathing space. The surrounding area has been professionally landscaped and is manitained to the highest of standards.
The townhomes are fully registered and licensed with the state of Florida and are maintained to the highest standards by our local property management company.

If you love the theme parks then you have surely come to the right place as Orlando could easily be described as the theme park capital of the world, Walt Disney World Resort is only a 15 minute drive away, then there’s Universal Resort, Island of Adventure, Seaworld and Busch gardens – you have definitely arrived for an action packed holiday. There are amazing shopping malls, incredible nighttime cabaret shows or the championship golf-"it's got it all". Eat in or eat out makes no difference with the vast choice of restaurants and supermarkets you won't go hungry in the States.

Legacy Park is situated on Highway 27 in Davenport, an ideal location for the best of holidays. Not only are the delights of Disney only 10 minutes drive away, the beautiful coastal resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in 60 minutes with the Atlantic coast beaches along with the Kennedy Space Centre approx. 1hrs drive.
People often forget downtown Orlando with the bars, live music and nightlife which is also well worth a visit.
