Located at Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club (just a 15 minute drive from Disney), this five star front line golf villa is stylishly furnished and fully equipped to the highest standards. The private pool enjoys un-interruped golf and lake views and has a 30ft fully screened pool with spa/Jacuzzi.
This tastefully decorated villa has all the facilities to make your stay in Florida exceptional. Fully air-conditioned throughout it has 4 bedrooms (1 King size, 2 Queen size and 1 twin room), the master bedroom is en-suite and has a walk-in dressing room, bath and separate shower, while the other three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.Clean linen and towels are provided before arrival.
The villa is fully registered and licensed with the state of Florida and is maintained to the highest standards by our local property management company (Florida Choice). Through our rental agency our villa is let to such companies as British Airways, Thompson and Unijet. It is one of the select few classed in the 5 Star 'Premier Collection' of the British Airways Florida Brochure.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando has one of the most deserved reputations for "something for everyone" If you love the theme parks then you have surely come to the right place as Orlando could easily be described as the theme park capital of the world, Walt Disney World Resort is only a 15 minute drive away, then there’s Universal Resort, Island of Adventure, Seaworld and Busch gardens – you have definitely arrived for an action packed holiday. There are amazing shopping malls, incredible nighttime cabaret shows or the championship golf-"it's got it all". Eat in or eat out makes no difference with the vast choice of restaurants and supermarkets you won't go hungry in the States.

Ridgewood Lakes is situated on Highway 27 in Davenport, an ideal location for the best of holidays. Not only are the delights of Disney only 15 minutes drive away, the beautiful coastal resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in 60 minutes with the Atlantic coast beaches along with the Kennedy Space Centre approx. 1hrs drive.
People often forget downtown Orlando with the bars, live music and nightlife which is also well worth a visit.

Further details indoors: Inside the villa you have a large open plan Family Room and a separate formal Sitting Area. Opposite the formal sitting area is a large Dining Room should you wish to entertain in style. The bright and airy home has a fully fitted kitchen which has everything you need to prepare that gourmet meal to enjoy in the dining room, nook or around the pool.
The villa has four bedrooms with the master bedroom having a King size bed and luxurious en-suite with walk in shower and a Roman Tub. There is a Queen size bed in the second bedroom and third bedroom with the fourth bedroom having twin beds. All four bedrooms have spacious closets. Patio doors in the family room lead out onto the fully furnished Lanai area with large sun deck and oversized pool.
The separate dining room has a full length table (seats 8), however, for more informal meals there is a table and chairs in the kitchen.
Both the living room and master bedroom have cable TV. The telephone in the villa allows you to benefit from free local and international calls. The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen, is the breakfast nook with further table and chairs. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Further details outdoors: Access to the 30ft full screened pool/spa/jacuzzi area can be reached from the Master Bedroom or the Family Room and is surrounded by an extended deck area. A full range of patio furniture is provided. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season arrangements can be made to have the pool heated. The pool enjoys un-interrupted golf and lake views.
A double garage leads off the utility room with space to fit two cars/vans.
The villa is located on Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club; which is a private gated community with security present between 4pm and 6am every day.
The golf course is a par 72 championship semi-private golf course designed by Ted McAnlis and located approximately 2.5 miles south of I-4; just 12 minutes southwest of Walt Disney World Resort and other area attractions. Sculpted from lush, rolling ranch land, the course features water and /or wetlands on all 18 holes. Generous landing areas, receptive greens and a minimum of forced carries makes it challenging yet fair and playable. Four sets of trees serve to challenge players of any skill level.
Tennis courts are also available.
Further details
A booking deposit of 25% is required with the full balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Our management company will take a security deposit on arrival that is refunded after you vacate the villa subject to checking the villa and its contents.

Conditions
Swimming Pool heating is charged at $15.00 per day. High Chairs are available upon request, charge payable locally. Welcome food packages can be arranged from £25.00 Airport collection can also be arranged if required.
