Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Dream. We have had vacations in Florida for over twenty years and tried many different accommodations before buying our home in Regal Palms and the dream has come true already. We have had many fabulous holidays with our children and grandchildren since then. Holiday Dream at the fabulous Regal Palms Resort and Spa is only 9 magic miles from Disney For the golfer, Highlands Reserve Golf Course is adjacent to the Resort. For the sunworshipper/water babies our 2.5 acre Water park is only 2 minutes away by foot from the house. Night time swimming under floodlights. Great for a dip after an exhausting day at the Parks or the shopping malls. Read on for more details of what is on offer! Our home enjoys one of the best locations within the Resort. Only a few minutes walk from the Clubhouse. There is a private, open outlook over a water area. We enjoy watching the wildlife from the balcony whilst sipping a refreshing drink, before going out for dinner or having a barbeque on the patio! Room for everyone to chill! Spacious 4 bed , 3.5 bath with fully equipped kitchen. Home offers large living/dining area and ouside patio. Luxurious bedrooms , two with private bath, master with balcony. The home provides 1865 sq feet of heated/air conditioned space to enjoy and relax! We chose a home on Regal Palms as this unique Resort offers top class facilities, . If you want, you could easily spend a whole day on site relaxing! There is no need to drive for within a few minutes walk is Berry Town Centre which contains a Publix supermarket, several restaurants, take aways, Sports Bars, banks, beauty salons etc. Have a few nights off, leave the car keys in the home if you wish!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is known as the Sunshine State, and there is a good reason for this as it enjoys a great all year round climate!
There really is something for everyone. As well as the exciting theme parks, there are many sports facilities available with fantastic Golf Courses in the area.
For something further afield then the Gold Coast, Gulf Coast and Everglades are all easily reached by car. And of course there are Shopping Malls galore to suit all! Davenport / Regal Palms area
You can easily spend the day in Regal Palms Resort and Spa making use of the fabulous facilities. Relax on the loungers poolside whilst the kids (or you) enjoy the pool, water slide and lazy river. Poolside restaurant and drinks service is available. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tub before meandering home to enjoy refreshements on your private balcony overlooking a water area which is full of wild life. The balcony enjoys sun in the afternoon and evening. Watch the sun set! Return to the Clubhouse for inside or Al-fresco dining. Good food at reasonable prices is available. The pool has floodlights and night time swimming is possible! A further bonus of the Resort is the indoor facilities (yes, it does sometimes rain in Florida). These facilities include a fully equipped gym with all the latest machines. A Spa with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. All free as they are included in your Resort fee! The Beauty and pampering salon offers massage and beauty therapies along side nails and make up. On the terrace next to the pool is a very convenient well stocked shop selling various items including ice creams. DVD rental is available for the night in! Within the main Clubhouse you will find a games room, small fee required for the games. The internet room allows you to stay in touch with e-mails and the www. Again this is free! The Sports Bar has several large screen tv's showing all the major events. Watch live Premiership games whilst having breakfast or a drink! However, should you wish to leave the poolside and Resort:- The world famous Disneyland is only 9 miles away and it is worth a trip to Florida for this alone. It is magical! Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate Golf Courses are only a short drive away for when you need something more sedate!
Berry Town Centre is only a few minutes walk away with all small town amenienties such as a Publix supermarket, Banks, restaurants, take aways, an English pub and an American Sports Bar, plus other outlets. Applebees is a favourite of ours, great steaks and ribs! They do loads of special deals such as two for one on drinks! As you can walk from our home, there is no worry over driving!
