Come and enjoy everything Florida has to offer from our gorgeous villa!
Our home is situated on a wonderfully oversized corner plot on the new gated Marbella resort. It overlooks a quiet wooded reserve area to the rear with fencing so that you can swim and dine in privacy. Not overlooked at all. There are T.Vs in every room as well as a games room to keep the big and small kids happy!! We have Foosball, Air hockey and darts.
The size of the plot means there is a huge grassed area next to the pool – perfect for games or relaxation and plenty of room for both. We have a hugh selection of games including bocce, volley ball, badminton, smash badminton, soft ball, magic catch, gorse shoes, rings and many more!
The villa has 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suites, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom; with further family bathroom and WC.
The house is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We also have a wide range of indoor games such as chess, backgammon, scrabble or Tumble Tower! If you love golf then the location is perfect, with over 20 golf courses all within a 30 minute drive, including the famous Chamionsgate course, the nearest course being within walking distance.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Central Florida is where the sun shines nearly every day of the year, which makes it so appealing for a holiday destination all year round. Even over Winter, the temperature tends to hover nicely around 70s f. Lovely!!
Orlando isn't just about Disney, although with easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 you can reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet you are also within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
Busch Gardens is within easy reach (approx 45 minutes by car) and there are over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30 minute drive, including the Championsgate. The nearest course is within walking distance from the resort!
There really is something for everyone.
Davenport / Marbella Resort area
Our villa is located in Davenport - a close neighbour of Disney World, which is just to the North.
Our villa is located just off junction 55 of the US27 or the I4 and there are many supermarkets, shopping and restaurants all within a short drive, including a 24 hour supermarket and pharmacy.
The resort is also close to the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park, a Celebration-style complex with fine restaurants, designer shopping, ice-cream parlours, cinema, bowling alley and indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.
There are over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30-minute drive of the villa (some of the finest in the world, including the Championsgate – designed by Greg Norman). The nearest golf course to the villa is actually within walking distance.
The resort itself is soon to have the most amazing on site facilities to include clubhouse, with health spa, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, internet café, concierge desk, games room, coffee shop, cinema, along with a children’s play area, tennis courts, and water feature.
How to get there
You can fly into either Orlando International or Sanford Airport.
If you are travelling from the UK then My Travel offers some very good flights, however British Airways, Virgin and others all fly regularly into Orlando.
The journey from Orlando International will take you approximately 30 minutes. Full directions to the villa will be provided before you travel.
If you have not already booked a car, then you can do this from the airport. Alamo has some good deals.
