Major theme parks such as Disney, Epcot and Universal Studios, Sea World etc. are all within a short drive (15min) with attractions such as Kennedy Space Centre and Coco beach & Busche Gardens just an hour away.
Our air conditioned villa benefits from its own large private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious patio furnished with table chairs and sun loungers enabling you to dine al fresco if you like.

Flights available from most UK major, and many regional airports.
Car hire available from Dolla ,Alamo and all major car hire companies, either in advance - or just hire on arrival as we do.
If you don't feel like driving the short distance from the airport, you might take advantage of our management companies limo service to take you in style from the airport to your luxury villa. (approx 15 miles).
Driving is very easy in Florida, great roads, well signed - once out of the airport our luxury villas are easy to find - virtually a straight route to the villa.

Further details indoors: Our immaculate villa is air conditioned throughout, including the Billiard room. With 5 1/2 bathrooms and six large bedrooms (four en suite), our villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. Thourough cleaning is undertaken between each guest, both internally and externally - the pool is cleaned and tested weekly, even throughout your stay.
Imagine - a kitchen area fully equipped including ice maker, tea and coffee makers, high quality crockery and cutlery - looking out over the kids playing in the pool with a woodland backdrop. You are on holiday ! - you don't want to have to worry about things you forgot to bring ! - everythig is there waiting for you, right down to the hairdriers in every room.
If you have small children Hi chairs and cots are also available on request at a small additional cost. There is a utility area with washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities etc.
If you're a "techie", our villa has a state of the art PC station with 8mb fibre optic broadband for your surfing pleasure and e-mail back home - you can even get all the latest information about the places you want to visit online each night and plan the following day's outing!
Further details outdoors: Our beautiful villa is situated on a large corner plot of a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space for the kids to play. Additionally, this brand new gated resort has club house with all sorts of sports facilities, gym etc. within a few minutes walk - this is due to be opened in November 07.
Ample parking for two vehicles, so if you're sharing with friends you can each have your own transport and therefore have a little privacy and self indulgence too.
A BBQ is available on request - these are hired in as required, so that you are assured of a clean servicable unit - there is a small additional charge and can be arranged with our management company when you arrive, or alternatively, book it ahead with your main booking.
All our properties are fitted with an ADT alarm system, greatly reducing risk your property while you are away.

Although the winter in Florida still feels warm to Brits, some guests may require pool heating. This is available at extra cost and should ideally be booked prior to arrival.
The pool area has a removable safety fence, which we advice you to leave in place if you have small children in your party, as the living area and kitchen can open up to the pool patio area via. sliding doors.
We have a strict NO PETS policy - we are sorry for those of you who do take pets on holiday, but we prefer to reserve our villa for those of you who like to be free of pet hairs and odours during your stay. You can rest assured that our villa only 12 months old has never had pets and is therefore free of pet induced alergens.
Conditions
A 20 percent non refundable deposit is required with booking, remainder 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation will not be accepted closer than 3 weeks prior to arrival.
IMPORTANT: If cancelled we will return the refundable portion of the booking that we actually received in GBP or USD, whichever was the chosen currency. We will not be held liable for, nor will we refund any exchange rate losses or payment processor fees incured during the incoming and outgoing transactions.
Payment accepted in US Dollar or GB pounds only if paid directly, other currencies if paid via PayPal. Payment methods accepted, Bank wire transfer, BACS (UK only) cheque drawn on a UK bank if GBP or US bank if USD, Bank Draft, PayPal.

The villa has 6 double bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms plus two additional sofa beds, therefore able to accommodate 14 guests - the rates above are for the whole villa irrespective of numbers. At certain times of year we will offer discounts for fewer than 6 persons staying for periods over 10 days - please ask.
Please note that current quotations will be based on USD prices and converted to GBP - the above rates are a guide only and dependant on discounts being offered at the time of quote - please contact us for a firm price.
