This villa is located within a gated community, Hamlet of Westhaven in the Davenport area. The villa has four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms. It is superbly furnished with high quality items including towels, bedding and housewares. The private pool can be heated if required. There is an extra charge for this. There are loungers, recliners and chairs for you to relax at the pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room, W.C and a walk in cupboard, bedroom two has a queen size bed and an en-suite shower room, W.C. The shower room has external door leading to the pool area. Bedrooms three and four have twin beds in each room and share a bath/shower room with a W.C. The master bedroom and bedrooms two and three have their own Smart television sets. Bedroom four has a television set and DVD player. The villa is equipped with FREE WI/FI.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, dart board and a fooseball table. Walt Disney World is approx. a fifteen minute drive, Seaworld twenty five minutes and Universal Studios ia approx. a thirty minute drive away from the villa. Championsgate golf courses are only five minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are also only five minutes away.

This villa is close to all the amenities/parks etc but far enough away to come home at night and relax in some peace and quiet.

We have a very good local management company to look after your needs, if required, during your stay They are only a telephone call away. The house keys are locked away in a key safe next to the front door. The code will be given to you when we send directions to the villa.

Great accommodation. Plenty of space, good for families. We enjoyed our stay here, location was ideal for attractions and shopping . In hind sight we wish we’d paid to have the pool heated.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ChristineStephen (the owner) a message.

If ChristineStephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
