VillaManatee is a fully air conditioned family friendly villa with its own private pool in the gated community of Highgate Park.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in closet. The second master bedroom also has a queen bed, TV and its own bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are twins with a shared bathroom in between,
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and dining area. There is also a separate dining area. next to the lving area with Cable TV, and dvd.
The whole villa has been furnished to a very high order by Total Lving Concepts and is used by our agents Florida Choice for customers including British Airways and Thomas Cook. The pool area has tables and chairs and pool furniture and privacy screening.There is also a double garage accessible internally from the front hall and the villa.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Villamanatee is located a short distance west of Walt Disney World on US 27 one mile south of the west end of US192 also know as Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.
From this location there is easy access along US27 to I4 which leads to Sea World, Universal Studios and Cape Kennedy to the east and Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast to the west.
Further afield are places of interest such as Cypress gardens, Silver Springs and Homosassa Springs famous for its manatees as well as Louisa State Park which has walks, fishing and boating and a nature reserve.
Florida is warm all year round although a light jacket may be required from November through February. It can rain but this is usually warm and dries up very quickly.
Davenport / Highgate Park area
Along International Drive and US 192 are many attractions including shopping outlets, restaurants, water parks, helicopter rides, air boat rides, bungee jumping, cinemas, fun fairs, the list is almost endless.
A lot of information can be obtained from free booklets available in all the shopping areas and in most restaurants which contain detailed maps of the area and hundreds of discount vouchers.
Highgate Park is part of Legacy Park just off US 27 and close to Banks, Walmart and Publix stores and Gas stations as well as several local golf courses, and of course Disney.
Sea World is a few minutes drive east of Disney World with Universal Studios a further ten minutes towards downtwon Orlando along I4.
How to get there
From the U.K. there are daily flights from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester and many other regional Airports. Virgin offers direct flights to Orlando International airport .
There are also direct charter flights which mostly fly in to Sanford north of Orlando.

All the major car hire companies are represented at Orlando and Sanford airports and car hire can be pre-booked from England.
From the airport follow signs for disney and then take the I4 south to US192 then west on US192 to US27. Our villa in the gated community of Highgate Park is 1 mile south of the junction of US192 and US27.

A £100/$190 deposit secures a booking with full payment six weeks before the start of the stay. This can be paid by UK or US cheque.
